The Performance Of Cliff Mouth Floating Color Activity In The Color Woodcut "Cantonese Style"

Like most local Chinese intangible cultural heritage,the Yakou Color Waving activity in Southern Guangdong also needs the support,protection and inheritance of the state and the masses in the new era environment.While studying the activity culture of the cliff mouth,the author tries to present the important scene of the activity with new media materials in combination with the serial artistic creation form of the woodcut with color matching.In line with the purpose of promoting the excellent traditional Chinese art and culture,the performance forms,crafts,shapes and decorative patterns focusing on the art of floating colors of cliff mouth are created to explore the aesthetic taste of southern Guangdong folk art.It is hoped that through the new painting form,the multi-angle panoramic display of cliff mouth color floating activity will integrate new feelings and new characteristics into the art practice,and strive to explore more possibilities of cliff mouth color floating art expression.
