The three elements in second language teaching include: teachers,teaching materials and students.The three are closely intertwined and cannot be dispensed with.The quality of teaching materials affects the teaching quality of teachers to a great extent.In recent years,the analysis of Chinese second language teaching materials has always been a research hotspot and direction in the academic circles,and countryspecific teaching materials are also a hot spot in the research of Chinese second language teaching materials.Everyday Chinese and I Love Chinese: Chinese Textbook for Primary Schools in Thailand(hereinafter referred to as I Love Chinese)are two country-specific Chinese textbooks that are chosen by most teachers in Thai Chinese teaching.They are aimed at primary school students and junior high school students respectively.born.The users are all elementary Chinese learners in Thailand.There are many similarities between the two primary textbooks of Chinese as a foreign language.At present,there are many papers on the two textbooks,but so far there are few articles that specifically compare and analyze the two sets of textbooks.This paper takes Everyday Chinese(Volume 1)and I Love Chinese(Volume 1)as the research objects,and conducts an analysis of the two sets of textbooks from the aspects of the overall structure of the textbooks,vocabulary,texts,culture,grammar and exercises.A more comprehensive and systematic comparative analysis.Among them,the vocabulary part is analyzed from the aspects of vocabulary and vocabulary difficulty;the text part is analyzed from the topic type of the text and the interest of activities;the cultural part is analyzed from the position of the cultural part in the textbook and the number and content of cultural points;the grammar part Analyze the naturalness and authenticity of grammar;the practice part analyzes the content and form of exercises and the amount of exercises for each language element.Then,according to the comparative analysis of the contents,the deficiencies of the two sets of textbooks are analyzed respectively.Hope to provide reference for the future revision of the two sets of textbooks and the compilation of other country-specific textbooks.
