Sound is very prominent in Wang Zengqi’s novels,which is an essential element for understanding his novels.In the novel,Wang Zengqi records sounds,describes sounds,builds scenes,and remembers people and shapes people with sounds.While endows the novel with mellow aesthetic implication,it builds a fireworks world full of human feelings and human nature for readers.More importantly,the sound itself has an incomparable aesthetic charm of a simple unit of meaning.Compared with visual experience,sound has greater imagination space,which can greatly stimulate readers’ reading imagination,so as to bring wonderful reading aesthetic experience.Therefore,the exploration and analysis of Wang Zengqi’s novels will undoubtedly open a different novel world.At the same time,we hope to arouse readers’ interest and attention to the sound including but not limited to the novel in the popularity of visual culture.In addition to the introduction and the conclusion,the thesis is divided into four chapters:In the first chapter,the prominent sound phenomena in Wang Zengqi’s novels are excerpted and analyzed from three aspects: onomatopoeia,modal words and cries.Although these sound descriptions are presented in the form of visual culture,they produce deafening sounds.They make those gone time and pale years,have the possibility of rejuvenation.Therefore,the reproduction of these sounds is the resurrection of those people and things who are dead,the continuation of life,and the continuation of the human spirit.The second chapter mainly discusses the phonetic uniqueness of the individual,and Wang Zengqi’s literary memory of the characters from the sound.Individual life has a unique voice,and the voice of Wang Zengqi’s characters is very distinctive.Starting from the sound,we can better grasp the character image and feel the meaning of the novel.The reason why Wang Zengqi chose to use voice as his literary memory is not only for his own sensitivity and interest in sound,but also mainly lies in the incomparable beauty and irresistible charm of sound itself.The third chapter mainly discusses the sound beauty presented by the language of Wang Zengqi’s novels,and the relationship between Wang Zengqi and the sound immersion in traditional Chinese literature.Sound beauty is an important feature of literary and artistic language,which is Wang Zengqi’s language consciousness as a contemporary writer with modern tradition.In Wang Zengqi’s novels,the sound beauty of language is highlighted in the use of poetic language,couplets and folk songs.The reason why Wang Zengqi constantly emphasizes the sound beauty of literary language is that he is influenced by the sound in traditional Chinese literature.The fourth chapter mainly discusses how the art of silent sound as a sound is presented in Wang Zengqi’s novels,and the formation of Wang Zengqi’s novel style.Quiet itself is a sound,is the sum and destination of all sounds.Its great imagination space,can make the silent sound presents a deafening,lingering sound curl of the potential.In Wang Zengqi’s novels,we can listen to how the static plays the symphony of destiny from both the environment and the people.Wang Zengqi watches all things in the years,listens to the more real and richer voices of the world from the quiet,and thus forms his overall novel style that tends to be quiet.The conclusion mainly discusses the dilemma of the sound being ignored and reduced in literature,and the significance of the sound feast presented in Wang Zengqi’s novels to the people and literature in the information age.Although Wang Zengqi writes about the voice in memory,it is a existence of the past to the present.But their reappearance in literature still has a surge of life and a healing sense of beauty.
