“ZhèXià(这下)”and“ZhèHuí(这回)”are a group of similar structures that are frequently used and widely used in modern Chinese,both in spoken and written language.Based on two commonly used Chinese corpora,CCL and BCC,this paper adopts the research method of combining quantitative and qualitative,data and data-driven,and focuses on the syntactic features,semantic functions,significant collocation words,semantic emotion colors of collocation words,typical colligation patterns,semantic preference,and semantic prosody features of“ZhèXià(这下)”and“ZhèHuí(这回)”.And compare and summarize the similarities and differences between the two.We find that in modern Chinese,both“ZhèXià(这下)”and“ZhèHuí(这回)”can act as subject,object,attributive and adverbial.They can be located at the beginning,middle or end of a sentence,and have three functions of“anaphora(anaphora action or event)”,“limit(limit the central language element)”and“connection(connect time or logical relationships)”.Their common category of collocation words mainly includes nouns,verbs,adjectives,adverbs,pronouns,prepositions,conjunctions,modal words and so on,but the specific words they cover are different.On the whole,the significant collocation words of the two showed a tendency of mixed complex emotional color,and more inclined to neutral emotional color,but the specific semantic emotional color intensity ratio of the two were different.For“ZhèXià(这下)”,there are mainly four typical colligation patterns,which present negative and mixed macro semantic prosody in the language environment,and can be used to express four different pragmatic attitudes and positions.For“ZhèHuí(这回)”,there are mainly six colligation patterns,which present positive,negative and mixed macro semantic prosody in the language environment,and can be used to express six different pragmatic attitudes and positions.Finally,we put forward specific suggestions for the Chinese teaching of“ZhèXià(这下)”and“ZhèHuí(这回)”.The general teaching idea is as follows:combine colligation patterns and semantic prosody features--set typical context--give typical example sentences--conduct appropriate practice.
