| This paper explores practical approaches to teaching Mount Tai poetry to middle and senior foreign students in Chinese classes,intending to help students understand the text content,artistic characteristics,thoughts and feelings of the author,and the cultural connotation behind the poetry.Through poetry teaching,students can understand the characteristics of traditional Chinese poetry and improve their ability to appreciate and understand it.At the same time,poetry teaching broadens students ’cultural horizons,and students are allowed to appreciate the charm of Mount Tai culture.In this paper,the situational teaching method,intuitive method,and audio-visual method are the main teaching methods,and situational teaching method is throughout the teaching design.This paper mainly solves two problems: how to choose the appropriate Mount Tai poetry and design the teaching of Mount Tai poetry for middle and senior foreign students;and how to make students better understand Mount Tai culture.This design selects the Tang Dynasty poet Du Fu’s "Watch Mount Tai" and the Yuan Dynasty poet Zhang Yanghao’s "Climbing Mount Tai" for teaching design.The teaching contents include poetry reading teaching,poetry ideological and emotional teaching,poetry artistic characteristics teaching,and Mount Tai culture teaching.The first three are the focus of teaching,with relatively long time,while the latter is extended teaching,with relatively short time.The teaching design focuses on creating different situations for students,allowing students to learn in situations and giving full play to students’ learning autonomy.The teaching design of "Watch Mount Tai" is from the initial perception of "Watch Mount Tai" situation to the specific understanding of "Watch Mount Tai" content,from the appreciation of the artistic characteristics of poetry to the appreciation of the Mount Tai landscape and the understanding of "Five Sacred Mountains" characteristics.The teaching design of Zhang Yanghao’s "climbing Mount Tai" is from the initial perception of the "climbing" situation to the specific understanding of the "climbing" content,from the appreciation of the artistic characteristics of poetry to the expansion of the understanding of Mount Tai’s "stone carving" and Mount Tai’s "Fengshan" culture.Through teaching practice,teachers have concluded that the teaching content needs to highlight the connection between literature and culture,the teaching process needs to strengthen the experience of the Mount Tai landscape,and the teaching method needs to highlight the coherence of the situational teaching method.The paper proposes four suggestions for teaching Mount Tai poetry: selecting appropriate teaching content,formulating reasonable teaching steps,organizing practical classroom activities,and cultivating students’ love for Chinese culture. |
