Reconstructing Traditional Festivals From The Perspective Of Folk Custom Resources

Dragon Boat Race Cultural Festival is the most important cultural brand in Zhenyuan County,Qiandongnan County,Guizhou Province.It is a local festival activity integrating traditional Dragon Boat Festival customs,local intangible cultural heritage performances and cultural tourism activities.It was first held in 1984 and has been held for 38 years.After nearly40 years of development,it has become a local festival with deep integration of traditional festival customs and local culture,local and ethnic characteristics,and popular among local people and foreign tourists.It is of great significance to both the people and the government,and under the leadership of the government,it has become a cultural resource to promote the development of local culture,economy and society.This paper takes Zhenyuan Dragon Boat Race Cultural Festival as a case,adopts the research method of field investigation,uses the theory of folk reclamation to analyze the practice process of the reclamation of dragon boat race cultural Festival in detail,and through the practice of the reclamation of Zhenyuan Dragon boat Race Cultural Festival to reflect on some specific problems concerned in the research of the reclamation of Chinese resources.The article introduces the natural environment and cultural environment of Zhenyuan,as well as the related legends and festival traditions of the Dragon Boat Festival in Zhenyuan.The reconstruction process of the Dragon boat Race cultural Festival is analyzed,and four festival elements are extracted,which are festival sacrifice,festival customs,festival space and cultural brand activities.And from the main body of resource construction to analyze the specific practice of different subjects participating in the construction of festivals,summarize the characteristics of Zhenyuan dragon boat racing culture.From the perspective of the national field of resource-oriented practice,the purpose and intention of resource-oriented construction guided by local governments are not to pursue direct economic value,but to pay attention to all-round value construction.Finally,based on the resource-based construction of Zhenyuan Dragon Boat Race Cultural Festival,this paper analyzes the resource-based ways of Zhenyuan Dragon Boat Race Cultural Festival,and realizes the resource-based conversion of the festival through the interaction between tradition and modernity,local internal diversity and the uniqueness and sharing of local culture.Through the analysis of the reconstruction of festivals,it is believed that the Dragon boat racing cultural festival is a local festival dominated by national power,guided by local elites and co-built by common people.It is a resource-based practice of local government for the purpose of activating local culture,constructing local symbolic signs,promoting local economic development and establishing local identity.It also responds to the cultural distortion and the related problems that many scholars pay attention to in the construction of resources and ignore the subject status of "people".
