| As the self-organization of the working class,trade unions have been defending the interests of the working class since their birth,which requires them to be concerned with political movements.Trade unions have always been reliable allies of revolutionaries in modern Chinese history,but how they should deal with themselves after assisting revolutionaries to gain power has become a question.This article focuses on the development of trade unions after they helped the Chinese Communist Party to take power.First,before and after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,Hubei Province was liberated,new trade union organizations were established from top to bottom with the strong support of the Party and the government,and the trade union organizational structure was enriched through various movements.With the large-scale industrialization construction and social transformation of New China,the trade union organizations in Hubei Province are constantly adjusting and finding their own new positioning in the process of adapting to their development,and this article analyzes the changes in the administrative management system of the Hubei Federation of Trade Unions,mainly including the unification and change of the name of the trade union,the setting and change of the trade union department,and the dispute over the leadership and management of the trade union according to the industrial system or the local system.However,due to the imperfection of internal democracy in trade unions,this paper takes the financial system of trade unions as the starting point and analyzes in detail the design principles of the financial system of trade unions during this period,as well as the actual establishment process and various problems of the financial system of the Hubei Federation of Trade Unions.and after the completion of the social transformation,the economic base changed,and the trade unions did not perform well in dealing with the workers’ movement,and were powerless to prevent the workers’ movement from taking place.The emergence of a new body,the Workers’ Congress,also challenged the status of trade unions. |
