Research On The Design Of "Internet Plus" Design Poverty Alleviation Platform Under The Collaborative Mode Of "Government Using Industry-University-Research"

At present,China has stepped into the stage of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation.More and more attention has been paid to poverty alleviation through design.The government and relevant associations of the design industry have issued more and more strategic documents related to poverty alleviation through design.More and more design colleges,design companies and designers have participated in projects related to poverty alleviation through design under the guidance of government agencies,industry associations and other authoritative institutions,strengthening the sense of social responsibility of the design industry,At present,there is a lack of research on the construction of poverty alleviation platform.Through the research on the collaborative mode of "government use,production,learning and research",it is found that the mode emphasizes the user needs and the dominant position of the party and government,which is conducive to the construction of the design poverty alleviation platform,and strengthens the supervision and management ability of the party and government organizations at all levels in the design and operation of the poverty alleviation platform.And take the Internet as the carrier,make full use of the advantages of "Internet plus" to build a platform,optimize platform services,and break the time and space constraints of platform design.Based on this,it is very necessary to study the design and research of "Internet plus" poverty alleviation platform under the collaborative mode of "government,industry,university and research".Through the literature research on the design poverty alleviation and the "government used industry,university and research" collaborative model,the author systematically collated the dotted and scattered theoretical and practical research results on "government used industry,university and research" and "design poverty alleviation",summarized and refined the experience of previous design poverty alleviation projects,combed out the development context of design poverty alleviation,and summarized the importance of party organizations at all levels in the construction of the design poverty alleviation platform,And the advantages of user demand oriented interface design for the platform.The demand list of the platform is listed through user research,case analysis and other methods,and its functional requirements are systematically classified using the KJ method.The demand list of the platform is preliminarily screened by designing the Kano questionnaire and using the Kano model.The priority of the platform is summarized using the better · word coefficient analysis method,and then the demand hierarchy model of the platform is constructed.In the design practice part,taking the design of Anshan’s poverty alleviation network as an example,combined with Anshan’s regional characteristics,the thesis studies and obtains the organization and operation framework of Anshan’s poverty alleviation platform design,uses the demand hierarchy model obtained to build the functional framework of the website,analyzes the design principles and design elements of the website,and finally launches the design practice to obtain the design poverty alleviation website interface of Anshan.Finally,the further improvement of the design process of the "Internet plus" design poverty alleviation platform under the "government,industry,university and research" collaborative mode is prospected.
