Insisting On People-centred Leadership In Science And Technology Innovation Research

Since the 19 th Party Congress proposed "accelerating the building of an innovative country",the Party and the State have attached great importance to the role of science and technology innovation.The 20 th Congress report further put forward the new requirements of "four directions" for science and technology innovation,which emphasises that science and technology innovation must be oriented towards people Life and health.The Party’s new requirements for scientific and technological innovation fully adhere to the "people-centred" development thought,with the fundamental interests of the general public as the starting and ending point.With the continuous development and progress of the times,China is facing a more complex and changing situation at home and abroad,how to ensure the dialectical unity and inherent fit between science and technology innovation and the people,and how to develop and build more people-centred science and technology innovation achievements has become a major issue of the times.Based on the use of research methods such as literature combing,comparative research and inductive summary,and following the general research idea of "what-why-how to do",this study will examine the importance of adhering to the peoplecentred approach to scientific and technological innovation in the new era.The research was carried out on the topic of leading scientific and technological innovation in the new era with the people as the centre.First of all,on the basis of collecting and reading a large amount of domestic and foreign literature related to the topic of "Adhering to People-centred Science and Technology Innovation",we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical basis and concepts related to "People-centred" and "Science and Technology Innovation".The theoretical basis and concepts related to "people-centred" and "scientific and technological innovation" are explained.Secondly,the inner connection between people-centredness and science and technology innovation is clarified from two aspects: people-centredness is the core meaning of science and technology innovation and the manifestation of peoplecentredness in science and technology innovation;furthermore,the importance of adhering to people-centredness in leading science and technology innovation is explained in the context of four dimensions: the main social contradictions in the new era,Chinese modernization,the community of human destiny and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The seminar also explained the importance of the people-centred approach to science and technology innovation.Finally,it explores the specific practical paths of adhering to people-centred science and technology innovation through four dimensions: ensuring the people-centred development of science and technology innovation with the leadership of the Party,strengthening people-centred science and technology innovation system leadership and cultural leadership,and constructing a people’s bridge between science and technology innovation and social development.Standing in the field of historical materialism,focusing on the issue of peoplecentred science and technology innovation,and constantly exploring and manifesting the practical significance and value of people’s supremacy in the integration of science and technology innovation and people-centredness,it may clarify the inner connection and external manifestation between science and technology innovation and people-centredness,further enrich and develop Marx’s theory on science and technology innovation,so as to point out the direction of science and technology innovation practice and the specific path for achieving more people-centredness.This will further enrich and develop Marx’s theory of science and technology innovation,and thus provide fundamental guidelines for the realization of a more people-centred science and technology innovation,which will in turn continuously contribute to social progress and the realization of all-round human development.
