With the deepening of the aging society,the problem of providing for the aged has become an urgent social problem.The increase of the aging population was bound to caused a shortage of pension resources.The current pension service content has been unable to meet the increasingly diversified pension needs.Based on the influence of the traditional thoughts of "falling leaves and returning to roots","raising children to prevent old age" and "kinship",the community home-based elderly care has become an important direction for the development of elderly care,Based on the current smart home-based elderly care environment,this thesis are explored the elderly care model,and took behavior design as the starting point to integrate and innovated the field of behavior design and smart home-based elderly care.First of all,it conducted literature research on the theory,method and application of behavioral design,and analyzed the smart home-based elderly care service system from multiple perspectives from the aspects of concept,service content,characteristics and service design elements,discusses the challenges faced by the development of smart home-based elderly care service,and clarified the applicability and necessity of behavioral design in the design of smart home-based elderly care service system.The concrete application was guided by the persuasive design method in behavioral design;Using Fogg Behavior Grid and Fogg behavior model as behavior analysis tools;Taking the elderly at home as the research scene;Research and design the target behavior of the elderly for the use of smart home-based elderly care platform.Secondly,carried out user research around the elderly group.Go deep into the elderly group,investigate the elderly groups with different living forms by means of user interviews,and summarize various dimensional factors affecting smart home-based elderly care;Find the opportunity to use the home-based elderly care platform by observing the daily life exercises of the elderly.Through questionnaire survey,the basic information of the elderly,online home care willingness and other related situations were statistically summarized.Analyze the user behavior from three aspects: motivation,ability and trigger,sorted out the user’s smart home care needs,and built the relationship between user behavior and needs and the online home care behavior occurrence model.The smart home care behavior was divided into three stages: consciousness cultivation,behavior occurrence and habit maintenance.Each stage put forward corresponding behavior design schemes,and summarized the goals and means of each stage of the smart home care behavior.Through behavioral design theory tools,this thesis summarize the promoting factors of the smart home-based elderly care model,aiming to improve the enthusiasm of the elderly to use the smart home-based elderly care platform,reduce the burden of social elderly care,and meet the personalized elderly care needs of the elderly.Finally,based on the design strategy,the smart home-based elderly care service system was designed in a modular way,the main function realization points were sorted out,the enthusiasm of the elderly for smart home-based elderly care was deeply mobilized from multiple dimensions and roles,and the high fidelity product design effect map was finally completed.This research deeply explored the design strategy of behavior design in the smart home elderly care platform.At the same time,it also provided a method reference for the feasibility verification of such platform design,a guiding reference for designers and relevant practitioners in guiding the elderly in smart home care,and a new design idea for product iteration and update.
