In this article we extracted the longitudinal and transverse response functions in the momentum transfer range 0.55GeV/c≤|q|≤1GeV/c for 12C target using the data of right arm with a precision of a few percent improvement on the precision of previous measurements in the overlap region and the extended region which unmeasured before. And the coulomb sum of 12C target is calculated and compared with the world data. The results are very preliminary and need to combine all the data to reduce uncertainties and get more reliable results. After complete all the data analysis, we expect to confirm/refute the presently controversial issue of the quenching of the longitudinal response function in medium weight nuclei and as importantly investigate the|q| evolution of the Coulomb Sum Rule as we probe significantly shorter distances.
