After the oilfield starts to produce, the push degree of injected water in every layer is different because of difference of rock physical properties, production degree and press status. It is very serious to work on development effect by development imbalance, and will changes along with time and adjusting development program. At present, average producing water percentage of the oilfield during mid-later period is more than 80% in our country. Therefore it is very important to estimate production layer, determine planar distribution of press and residual oil, and investigate its characteristics. It can be used to synthetically estimate development effect, to subtly develop new wells, to synthetically manage old wells, and to adjust well net and development layers.C/O log, Neutron-life log and Nuclear-magnetism log are familiar method to estimate production layer, but they are only used in some key wells as a result of high cost. Sampling data is numbered. Well test needs long time and can not estimate every production layer. In fact, production logging is carried on regularly in order to inspect the production status of fluid production wells and water injection wells, the data of fluid production profile and water injection profile are commonly used to determine layered oil & water production of fluid production wells and layered injected water quantity of water injection wells. Actually, production logging data is the physical respond to production dynamic of well under stably flowing, it not only reflects directly the production status of well, but also reflects the character and its change of production layers and fluid of rock. Therefore we can use fluid-production profile and water injection profile to estimate every production layer, to determine the residual oil saturation, the press of boundary, and penetrability of rock on well-points.In this paper the method is present to determine press and residual oil saturation, and their planar distribution by mainly using production logging data, layer is regarded as study unit, the relation model is established among flow rate, flow press, oil & water production, water production percentage, penetrability of rock, relative penetrability of oil & water, press, and residual oil saturation, every well is estimated, and residual oil saturation, the press of boundary, and penetrability of rock on well-points are determine, later mathematical model is established basing on seepage flow principle, fractal geometry, and geological statistics, lastly the planar distribution of press and residual oil is determined. It is proved correct and simple by processing a region data.
