Using data, information, knowledge, artificial intelligence and modeling technique, Decision-making Supporting System(DSS) assist resolving semi-structure or none-structure decision problems. It is a human-machine communication information system witch based on computer processing. In such system, it fully used the up to date production of management means, mathematics, database and computer science and so on.Spatial Decision-making Supporting System is a organic system which can process and analyze spatial data, it is made up of spatial decision-making, spatial database etc. parts, these parts depending and effecting on each other. It is developed on the general DSS integrating with GIS(Geographic Information System).Jilin province is one of four national level information agriculture technique demonstration areas. It participated in intelligent agriculture information technique application project, and acquire quite achievement of information agriculture technique. Information agriculture emphasize on not only local and microcosmic level, but also entire and macroscopic level. Thus it can three-dimensionally and omnidirectional realize information agriculture technique. This study using an overall province as research background, research the whole area's nature condition (such as weather, soil and moisture etc) effecting on agriculture development, diversified crop areal position decision making. It benefit for all levels leader, farming technician and farmer making decision to supply such omnidirectional, macroscopic and deep information.According to the development status of agricultural Expert System, the author joined the star-fire project "Agriculture Macro Decision-Making Supporting System of Jilin Province" emceed by Rural Economic Information Center of Jilin Province, this thesis was completed based on it.Agriculture Macro Decision-Making Supporting System is related to a lot of domain knowledge and the storage, process and analyze of spatial data. This paper deeply researched the integrating Artificial Intelligence and Geographical Information System into a uniform complex system. It got as foEows harvest.(1) An Object Orient technique based development method of Expert System was brought forward, and given its optimized reasoning mechanism and Object Orient based knowledge process model. Using Object-Orient theory, we developed knowledge-base, data-base, glossary-base and reasoning model. That made Expert System's knowledge-base modulization, reduced the complexity of software programming, improved reasoning efficiency, strengthened the readability, expansibility and transparency of program.(2) Deeply studied the secondary development method of two GIS platform -Maplnfo and ARC/INFO, and the integratedtheory with Expert System. Using OLE(Object Linking and Embedding) technique we do some good improvement of ARC/INFO ActiveX control ?ARCEDIT. Its function was strengthened, and it is more prone to secondary integrating development and sufficiently exerted and applied the strong function of ARC/INFO.(3) An optimized Fuzzy Neural Network model was given for intelligent spatial analysis, it has short learning period and high veracity merits. It get over the shortcoming of convergence of BP network. The whole performance excelled general analysis method.(4) Integrated Expert System and MapInfo GIS based Object Orient Technique, we developed Agriculture Macro Decision-Making Supporting System of Jilin province.(5) This paper import the concept of Subjection level into agriculture science. Such concept, technique, method and thinking not only adapt to agriculture, but also to many vocation in our society. The key using this concept is rationally designing professional model, specially designing evaluation guideline system.This paper detailed studied the COM/OLE technique which used in integrated AI and GIS. Using Maplnfo and Acr/Info as example, it introduced some key technique.
