The plate driving mechanical mechanism is the branch of geology, which is the center problem of geotectology basic theory and one of the hot spot being searched. Although through hundreds of year's effort, Geologists and astronomers have not found out the direct witnesses of the plate driving forces. All kinds of hypothesizes created according to the known facts, on the explanations to the individual geological facts, are more different. All hypothesizes have certain limitations and one-sidedness, at present. In fact, the occurrence of some important geological events has connection with the solar system going around the center of Milky Way galaxy. Therefore, as an astronomical body, the most important factor that cause the lithosphere plate drift due to the earth goes around the sun and the center of Milky Way galaxy, should be taken into account.According to the earth, the sun and the center of Milky Way galaxy going separately around the center of larger system of stars, the earth goes around the imaginary universe center at absolute higher speed can be educed. Meanwhile, when the systems of stars go around the centers of larger, the speeds vectors change periodically whose overlapping one another can make the earth speed change periodically, that is to say, the speed of the highly moving earth in the universe, changes in long and short periodically. According to the mass and velocity relational expression of Einstein mechanical Theory of Relativity, combined with the earth moving speed changing in long and short periodically, the earth mass changes at the same time in long and short periodically, as well. After this happened, on the premise of conservation of angular momentum and energy, when the mass increases, the earth radius decreases; the lithosphere plate's rotation accelerates; the core rotation slower; and the lithosphere plates drift to the two poles and eastwards; the days of the year and the days when the precession of the equinoxes increase. On the contrary, when the earth mass decrease, the earth radius increases; the lithosphere plate's rotation slow down the core spins faster; and the lithosphere plates drift to tropics and westwards; the days of the year and the days when the precession of the equinoxes decrease. Because of the earth radius changes, the drifts of lithosphere plates in different depth and different latitudes have definite difference in longitude and latitude, and produce extrusion tension and wiggle in horizontal. The structure stress field change and form the corresponding geological structure patterns. The earth speed changing in the universe is one of the driving forces of the lithosphere plates.
