In fact, the occurrence of some important geological events has connection with the solar system going around the center of Milky Way galaxy. On the contrary, when the earth mass decrease, the earth radius increases; the lithosphere plate's rotation slow down the core spins faster; and the lithosphere plates drift to tropics and westwards; the days of the year and the days when the precession of the equinoxes decrease. Because of the earth radius changes, the drifts of lithosphere plates in different depth and different latitudes have definite difference in longitude and latitude, and produce extrusion tension and wiggle in horizontal. The structure stress field change and form the corresponding geological structure patterns. The earth speed changing in the universe is one of the driving forces of the lithosphere plates.
