Volcanics is developed in Liaohe Basin. It covered widely. Among of that, the volcanics in Dapingfang—Jiazhangsi area developed best. Due to the serious shield effecting on the bellowed layer, the volcanics has become an important factor which restricts the oil exploration in Liaohe area. Therefore, it has practical meaning to research the volcanics seismic attribution and exploration technique in Dapingfang—Jiazhangsi area. The main achievements and innovation are as follows: 1.The paper is start with studying seismic geologic condition in Dapingfang—Jiazhangsi area. Through analyzing seismic geologic condition of shallow layer and deep layer, the structure general situation, sedimentary facies, faulted character, volcanics developed characteristic, distributing area and layer thickness have been known. Meanwhile, make clear about the relationship between volcanics and faulted activity and sedimentary during the various periods. 2.Analyzed the rock property in various periods. Mainly analyzed the chemical composition, rock type and mineral composition. Moreover, integrated analyzed the rock facies type, geological character, formation log feature, resistivity log, gamma log, density log, acoustic log during the various periods. Therefore, volcanic geochemistry character of Dapingfang—Jiazhangsi area have been fully understood. 3.Analyzing the absorption decay, wavefront spread, transmission loss when seismic wave go through the volcanics layer, started with analyzing seismic response of monolayer, thin interbed and thick layer. Analyzed different thickness effect on seismic wave amplitude and frequency. Analyzed the relationship between volcanics thickness and seismic wave amplitude, the volcanics velocity and density effect on seismic wave amplitude, volcanics layer work on seismic wave amplitude, excitation frequency effect on seismic wave amplitude, seismic wave amplitude changing rules followed by geophone offset in volcanic area etc. Provided the theoretical foundation for seismic exploration technique study of volcanic area. 4.Basis on volcanic petrology character and geophysical information character analysis, using exploration seismic systems engineering theory, combing newly development of seismic exploration technique, using deep seismic exploration technique and extensive seismic exploration technique as the leading technique, studied the specific implement methods of seismic exploration technique in volcanic area. The research result has been applied to the work and has gained the obvious effects. 5.The paper use the integrated research methods, that is raise question—theoretical analysis—practical application. This made the research methods combine the theory and practice. Therefore the research production is meaningful. 6.After fully studied the seismic geologic condition, volcanic geochemical character and geophysical character and seismic exploration technique in volcanic area, preliminary formed the seismic exploration technique suitable for volcanic area in Liaohe Basin, providing the important technique methods for oil and gas exploration in volcanic area in Liaohe Basin.
