The yield of all particle products has been measured when H+,H+2 and H3+ projectiles at 0.61.8 MeV passes through carbon foils. The production mechanism of various products in solid are discussed and the yields as a function of dwell time are given. The electron loss and capture cross section of 1.2MeV and 1.8MeV H2+,H3+ in carbon foils are obtained by calculation with Brandt-Sizmann theory and fitting of the experimental results respectively . It can be seen that the exchange of charge in solid is the most basic process of the interaction of ion micro-clusters with solid, and it is critical to species and yield. Comparing H2+ and H3+ with H+ at the same nucleus velocity , the cluster effect has a great effect on the yield under short dwell time . In this paper, the wake effect on experimental results has been observed by the yield measurement method of products in the first time, and the results of two transmission mechanism abroad are verified again.
