The five universal space-time measurements described in this dissertation is a new way of thinking and a new space-time measurement of creative thought. The first measurement is the straight and flat time-space measurement, the second is the absolute space-time measurement, the third is the bending space-time measurement, the fourth is entropy space-time measurement, and the fifth is fractal space-time measurement.By analyzing human civilization history, the dissertation describes the different influences that generated from various time-space measurements to social civilization, and highly generalizes the development process of the thinking way of human being based on the five space-time measurement.At the same time, the processes and development of chaotic fractal time-space measurement are reviewed synthetically, and the current and future development is analyzed objectively. The Iterated Function System and its constructing method is discussed in detail. Applying the collage theorem and Iterated Function System, a great deal of fractal images is given.The concept of fractal image art and the constructing method of fractal artistic images are discussed in detailed, and many beautiful images are generated. Using the rotating escaping-time constructing algorithm, a great deal of M-J fractal images is drawn out. An example application of fractal theory in the field of stock market is given, which provides a new method of study the fluctuation and trend of stock market.This dissertation contains the following parts:1. On the foundation of five greatest time-spaces measurement, the expectation is done for the opportunity and challenge in the new century.2. The author chooses the complex mapping f(z) = z-2 +c as the research direction. The periodic characteristic of the points inside M set and the characteristic of topological fixity for the Fibonacci sequence in the periodical buds.
