Among them 350 million people are chronic hapatitis B patients. HBV infection can lead to liver sclerosis even primany liver cancinoma and cause 1-2 million death every year.Prevention and treatment of hepatitis B is a vital important subject in the field of hepatitis B study. To wipe out hepatitis B infection should depend on innocution of hepatitis B vaccine finally. In our countny. the blood-bomevaccine production has stopped. At present , widely used genetic engineering produced hepatitis B vaccine is secure and dependable. Wide innoculation of the vaccine plays important part in controlling HBV infection. But the present HBV vaccine still has some short comings, its immune protection can't last long and has no immunity to some people. More and more datum support that the epitope of Pre-S protein on HBV out membrane can help the combination of HBV and its target cell surface. It indicate that the prevertion effect of Pre-S protein with epitope is better than HBsAg vaccine .
