The progression of a cell from normalcy to malignancy may be due to the system disorder of cell function, the system complexity is also involved in the expression of metastatic phenotype, which is being considered a major property distinguishing malignant cell from its normal counterpart; therefore, in order to elucidate the mechanism of metastasis, it seems to be much necessary to understand more celluar and molecular aspects of metastasis-related events.
