The progression of a cell from normalcy to malignancy may be due to the system disorder of cell function, the system complexity is also involved in the expression of metastatic phenotype, which is being considered a major property distinguishing malignant cell from its normal counterpart; therefore, in order to elucidate the mechanism of metastasis, it seems to be much necessary to understand more celluar and molecular aspects of metastasis-related events. The treatise utilized LA795 (Mouse Lung Adenocarcinoma) cell line as cell model,after the establishment of 4 variants with different metastatic potential, a system comparative investigation was made on their morphology, the biology of cell membrane, immunology and molecular biology. The main experiment procedure and conclusions are as follows:1.The isolation of clones with different metastatic potential was the basis of the subsequent study.
