Wildlife resources are always the improtant materimal resources of human society development from the naissance of human being. They not only provide the basal foods and clothes for the early people, but also offer the source of crops, livestock and poulty what are the foods that keep the human being living forever. In Current, the using of wildlife resources are related with many industries, such as foods, traditional Chinese medicine, special leather, national music instrument, craftwork manufacture and so on. And in these industries, wildlife resources are unsubstitutivity. They are devoted to the development of national economy. With the rising of the new industries, such as ecological tour, green foods, flower cultivation and so on, there are widely the developing space that we cultivate and rationally use wildlife resources. They will become the important approach in adding employment and farmers'income. But with the flourish development of the wildlife resources industries, the wildlife resources crisis get more serious, and the contradiction between resources protection and use become more and more obvious. As the manager, they need know the realitical actuality about wildlife resources using for strengthening the resources management, well assorting with the balance of protection and use. So the government begins to notice the wildlife resources using statistics.This thesis carries research in theoretically and the whole frame of wildlife resource using. In this thesis, on the base of analyzing the actuality of wildlife resources using, using the theories of society and economic statistics, economics, wildlife resources management, according to the principle and method of constituting national economy statistic system, it has established the basal framework of wildlife resources using statistic system, and set up the industries classification of wildlife resources using industry, resources production classification and statistic indexes system.
