In this paper, physical process in presupernova and prompt explosion mechanism of supernova (SN) are investigated.The research progress relevant to explosion mechanism is summarized. Including the general ignite condition of the nuclear burning for different mass stars, the key effect of the degeneration degree of free electron on thermal nuclear burnings and the explosive burning condition in density star. The classify characters of SN is introduced. The main SN explosion mechanisms and the difficulty in the theory research are reviewed. It is pointed out that weak interaction (include beta decay, electron capture (EC), neutrino capture) is very important in the research on supernova mechanism and research difficult of weak interaction in the interior part of presupernova are detailed discussed.The SN explosion research relevant theory and numerical simulation methods are introduced, which include nuclear statistical equilibrium (NSE), weak interaction; basic stellar structure equation, numerical simulation different methods, smoothed particle hydrodynamic method, four particles model state equation; block diagram and basic parameter of program for number simulation.
