Most chemical reaction and biologic process are incident in solvents, so the study of phenomenon between solvent and the solute are very important to Physics, Chemistry and Biology. To research the effects in solution and acquire the information between solvent and solute, some investigation had been done: Study the change of frequency of C=O in solvents by the method of solvent variation, variated and compared some models of solvent effect. From the result, AN-DN model is a practical and precise model, and is very important to locate the frequency; using the technique of combination of Liquid Core Optical Fiber and Fourier Transform Raman Spectroscopy, Raman spectra of solution in very low concentration (10-7-10-12mol/L) was achieved, the change rule of frequency shift and linewidth change was researched; applied Liquid Core Optical Fiber in temperature determination and analyze the influence of solvent effect on precision; by solvent effect, Fermi resonance character was studied by concentration variation and solvent variation, and dielectric constant of solvent was used to explain Fermi resonance. There are 4 parts in the paper.Part 1: The compare of frequency shift in solvent by several solvent model The stretching vibrational frequency of C=O of Acetone in 16 solvents were recorded, the change rule of which is concluded and was explained by...
