| Modern society is coming into science and technology age. With the development of science and technology, we have got a great of fruit in the macroscopical world, microcosmic world and cosmical world. Moreover, the developments are giving a great influence on every aspect of human society. The influence comes from the great development of science and technology has already showed human the magnitude welfare and severe hazard. Human existence and development are very difficult under the threatening of the negative impact from science and technology, where are human going? How to get rid of the puzzle Dom? This is the problem that human must to solve. To study on the problem of the human puzzle Dom, many scholars in our country have done many works and made great efforts on it. The author of this paper analyzed the problem of human development and expounded the exhibition of the puzzle with the emotion of human care and ultimate care deeply on the foundation of the theory of Marxism and the thoughts given by other scholars. This paper analyzed modern human puzzle detailed after extracting some viewpoints on the human puzzle from foreign scholars and believed that the essence of alienation of science and technology is the alienation of human itself. The most important to get rid of the puzzle needs a revolution of human itself by reflecting the ideas and inhibiting the behavior of human expect for reflecting and criticizing science and technology.Nowdays, it is the fact that science is connecting with technology and it becomes an important power to the development of society, it was named"science and technology age". There are many revolutions have happened in the field of modern science and technology ,such as electron technology, atomic energy technology, computer technology, laser technology, new material technology, space technology, new energy sources technology and so on; science and technology are integrative with practice; science and technology are used more and more in the production; science is connected with subject into an unity more deeply; the progress of the science knowledge is more rapidly; the investigation in science and technology is socialized more day by day; science and technology is becoming an orientation of the society. The affection of the science and technology to society is more deeply than before, it has already penetrated into every field of the human society and has being played important roles. Modern people has turned from nature existence to the technical existence, science and technology are becoming a modern style of their existence in the word. The negative affects push human into a puzzle Dom, this paper explained"the human puzzle"into"a developmental puzzle Dom"accurately. The human puzzle Dom is the inside condition and the outside environment threatening to development of the human freedom all aspects. It could be understood that human departed from nature, society and human itself.The modern human puzzle could be understood from the following three aspects: the first crisis between human and nature is that the crisis of the environment is taking more demolish to human. We are going from"nature ruined"of ideas to"nature exhausted"of the resource and the ruined environment. The second is the society crisis that human established some social regulations, social systems, social structures, social organizations which are unreasonable at the same time of exchanging the society. All of the crisis took a lot of damage to human society and destroyed the existence of the human development which became the anti power to human. It could take conflict to the relations between nation and nation and to the inner business of one nation. The third one is crisis of human itself. The increasing number of the people in the country took more jeopardize to human itself and human lost humanism spirit and destroyed its biology function of the body.The development of science and technology are playing an important role. Alienation of science and technology is the direct reason to the human puzzle. The essence of alienation of science and technology is that the object of science and technology is not an affirmative power to human subject but is a power to the human subject as oppression, bondage and retaliating that is an anti power to the existence and development of human. The development of science and technology is an important reason to the crisis of the environment and resource. Seen from history, the science and technology are more stranger the quantity for consume is more, the garbage brought more and the damage is further more. There are 80 percent of the garbage was brought by technology all over the world. The negative affects of science and technology destroyed the social justice, decreasing of the social moral and social safety; it put the relations between people and society into an unharmonious situation. The negative affects of science and technology was showed that when people conquer the nature, it could not be controlled and it changed human into"anti-human"after losing value and dignity. This paper analyzed multi-reasons of the alienation of science and technology and come to the conclusion that science and technology is not only necessary, but also is controlled. All the technology is a unity of the inevitability and selectivity. The inevitability is decided by object factors which keep itself in the"inherent"logic of its development. But the selectivity is decided by subject factors by which human could control and accommodate it, so, human should be careful to the invention and application of science and technology by reflecting perfecting human itself. Human should take on the burden of decreasing the alienation of science and technology and leading science and technology develop into humanism and personality orientation. This paper have also analyzed the concrete reasons that are personality losing; localization of knowledge; affect from the value of culture; directing of the intellectuality thinking style; the restriction of the social systems and so on. All of the phenomena indicated that human was alienation. These analyses have found the method to get rid of the human developmental puzzle.It could not be neglected that science and technology play an important role in the human developmental puzzle, so, it was inevitable that science and technology be criticized by foreign scholars. Since science and technology have already been the style of human existence in the world, we could not obliterate it and could not stay at criticizing it for going out of the difficulty. Human is the first key factors to the humanism of science and technology and personality of science and technology persisted by scholars. This paper explored how to get rid of the human developmental puzzle on the viewpoint that"the essence of human is human itself", which takes the subjective and humanism value as a promise. The author pointed out the philosophy reasons of the human puzzle is the"ontology thinking style"of the traditional metaphysics which pursuing the ultimate care and forgot"being". Science and technology becomes a master to human from the unity of human and existence that put human into a station without home. It is just the"ontology thinking style"of the traditional metaphysics as to pursuing the being and going back to existence that become the mechanistic world outlook. It is just also the"ontology thinking style"of the traditional metaphysics as a monism to grasp the essence of things from the two poles that established the subjective status of human. We believe that to get rid of the developmental puzzle need a new philosophy. The traditional Chinese philosophy could give many illuminations; both developmental ethic and Marxism have use for reference to overcome the modern puzzle of human development.This paper criticized the traditional viewpoint on science and technology that the neutralism of science and technology stress on the nature and the instrumental characters. As one of the simple viewpoint on science and technology, it is easy to result in anarchism of science and technology which developing science and technology without any criterion and restriction. It is advantageous to develop the traditional technology, but it is difficult to anticipate the dangerous and harm if we still persist on"instrumentalism"and"neutralism"of science and technology without any restriction and controlling on it when modern science and technology have already come into a complex system consists technology principle, technology means, arts method and technology manipulation. The self-sufficiencilism of science and technology is the dominating form in the family of determinism of science and technology. It stress on the self-discipline and self-organizing characters. It believes that science and technology have its own"inner logic"to set up themselves without any relations with the environment and conditions of society. It ignored the function of human in the working process of science and technology and immersed human into technology. It deprived the subjective status of human to science and technology as only a receiver to them. It is easy to take fatalism to human or shift off obligation of human and make human obedient to the strong power of science and technology. The determinism of science and technology is a extreme form in the establishment of society. It supposes that technology and technical vicissitude is the products but not a self-decided way to development. It is beneficial to believe that technology be controlled under society and opened the"camera obscura"of science and technology which taking on social value, but it is not advisable to ignore the inner laws of the development of science and technology.We must change the mistake attitude to science and technology, at the same time; we must establish a correct outlook about them and do well with the relations between human and them. In the relations between human and technology, human is the intention and technology is only an instrument. Although the relations between human and technology is becoming very complex that it should not be correctly to look them as intention---- instrument, we should not forget the nature of the relations. The inherent conflict is the one of the human, so it must be solved first to overcome the puzzle of technology. We can draw the conclusion that it is the most important to understand the essence of human before we understand the essence of technology, to make human perfect is the key to rehabilitate technology. In the same viewpoint, it is the matter of human itself that human should criticize itself to go out of the development puzzle. This paper did not ask"what is human"just like traditional outlook about human nature and did not ask"what can human be"(to exist), but it was asked that"what should human be"or"what should human do"in this paper. It was tried to give a revolution in the world of human itself in the scope of developmental ethics: It concluding that we must re-understand nature in order to change the view from mechanistic to biologic, from none value of nature to biologic value; re-understand human in order to change the view from absolute subject to relative subject; re-understand the view of development from economic to scientific; re-understand the view of consume from alienation to moderation thus to make human and nature harmonious. This paper also criticized the logic of capitalism and re-established humanism education to make a harmonious relation between human and society and human with itself in the vision of developmental ethics. Because that human development is connect with the evolution of nature and the progress of society, the all aspects development of human is not only human itself, but also the harmonious development of human with nature and society which could provide material, intellect and political conditions for the all aspects development of human completely and harmoniously. At the same time, the evolution of nature and the progress of society could not depart from the development of science and technology which aims is human development completely. Just when science and technology was controlled by human perfectly and perfectly, which could liberate human by providing material and spiritual civilization to ensure the rationality of human development completely and help human get rid of bond service from necessity to liberty.In a word, this paper believed that in order to united modern science and technology with human into a harmonious station, it should be paid more attention to the development than science and technology. It is the necessary choice to get rid of the developmental puzzle for human to keep the development of science and technology serving for the all-sided development of human.
