As the most widely used metal, iron and cobalt attract more and more attentions of chemists in the modern synthetic cheimistry. Iron and cobalt has low cost, low toxicity and the chemistry on the iron and cobalt is further extensive and deep. Trimethylphosphine is a kind of good ligand with the advantages of strong ability of coordination, convenient preparation and simple spectrometry. Iron complexes supported by trimethylphosphine are so activated that they can easily cut C-F bonds and C-H bonds. Dinuclear cobalt complexes shows very interesting properties.Main contents of this dissertation are shown as below:1. The C-F bond activations in the schiff base of 2,6-difluorobenaldehyde and perfluorobenaldehyde with primary amine were investigated using Fe(PMe3)4 and FeMe2(PMe3)4.The products were characterized on IR and NMR. Resonalbe mechanisms were proposed about these activations and the intermediates were captured from NMR spectra and the byproducts were analyzed detailedly.2. The C-C coupling reactions between 2,6-difluorobenzonitrile and Grignard reagents were catalyzed by FeCl2. A novel method for preparing monofluoro-benzonitrile was found. The products in this dissertation were characterized by IR, NMR and MS. The C-C coupling reactions of perfluorotoluene and organo zinc reagents catalized by FeCl3 were discussed and some significant results were obtained.3. The selective activation of C-F bond and C-H bond were successfully achieved through changing the state of iron complexes reacting with imine and ketone. The products were characterized on IR, NMR and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The mechanisms were suggested. 4. The properties of iron hydride complexes produced by reaction of Fe(PMe3)4 and 2,6-difluorodiphenylimine were investigated. The products were characterized by IR, NMR and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The reactions monitored by IR and NMR were carried out in order to verify the mechanisms.5. Dinuclear cobalt complexes were prepared by reactions of Co(PMe3)3(CO)Cl with benzendithiol and 2-aminobenzenthiol. The struectures of dinuclear cobalts were characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. | Keywords/Search Tags: | C-H bond activation, C-F bond activation, schiff base, iron hydride, dinuclear cobalt complex, trimethylphosphine, iron, cobalt | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
