It is one of the typiest science problems that the research of heat transfer mechanism research of material [liquid-solid] rheologic shaped interface and the establishment of shaped interface based on the high grad of change of temperature. Heat transfering of interface is the primary link of the heat transfer of system. As the developing director of modern cast-rolling technology-Super thin speediness cast-rolling technology put forward farther intensify demand on heat transfer of interface and system.The basic theory of heat transfer with the property of material [liquid-solid] rheologic shaped on the basis of summarizing the developing status of cast-rolling technology was connected in this paper. It was researched that the heat transfer mechanism of shaped interface and the system heat transfer regular under the multi-coupling mechanism and the heat transfer property of shaped interface based on the high grad of change of temperature. The exploring research work have been done aiming at the new idea of pioneer new heat transfer channel for improving system cold ability--spray gas-liquid compel cold of material shaped outlet interface. The main content of the papers is as following:( 1 ) The contact heat transfer of material shaped interface is the most important sector of system heat transfer process. It was explored that the cause of formation and variety regular under material [liquid-solid] rheologic shaped through discussing interface contact heat transfer mechanism and the effect factors of contact heat transfer and the investigating the variety of interface heat transfer were analyzed.(2) It was researched that the heat transfer basic equation of aluminum material [liquid-solid] rheologic shaped process and heat transfer mathematics model under double couple of roller-board couple and heat-force couple mechanism base on the basic theory of heat transfer, finite difference and finite unit and the technic transact method of the researching heat transfer regular under the complex system process was perfected.(3 )The numerical simulate program of researching heat transfer regular under material shaped process was exploitured and the relationships between cast-rollingtechnics parameter with equipment property and structure parameter was established and the heat transfer regular of roller-board system and the heat transfer characteristic of the shaped interface based on the high grad of change of temperature were researched. The effect of various parameter on the heat transfer regular was analyzed and the basic acquaintanceship of heat transfer regular under material [liquid-solid] rheologic shaped was formed.( 4 ) The influence of spray cooling behavior of outlet interface on the heat transfer of system was exploringly researched. The heat transfer mechanism and mainly effect factors of spray gas-liquid two phase stream obstruct convection heat exchange discussed and the experimental researched work of the effect of cold behavior to roller and board surface on temperature fields and heat transfer velocity have been done.It was definituded that the effective mechanism of spray cooling behavior of roller and board surface to improve system heat transfer ability and material shaped velocity were simulatly analyzed and the developing director of spray cold technology.Summarizing above content, the heat transfer, interface act research with technics characteristic of material [liquid-solid] rheologic shaped were connected and the heat transfer properties of shaped interface and heat transfer basic regulares under double couple of roller-board couple and heat-force couple mechanism was researched, the new idea of pioneer new heat transfer channel for improving system cold ability was explored and the base for industry applicant of the new idea in this paper settled.
