In the paper, new type of polyurethane (PU) ionomers containing carboxyl in soft segments was synthesized with IPDI, DMBA, carboxylated polycaprolactone etc. It was discussed and studied that influences of reacting time, water content, and [NCO]/[OH] ratio on carboxyl reaction rate; It was discussed and studied that effects of carboxyl content, the [NCO]/[OH] ratio, pH values and PU content on its shearing viscosity and particle sizes; It was discussed and investigated that regular and relation of carboxyl content, the [NCO]/[OH] ratio, the kind of neutralizing agent, prepared method to conductivity, critical congregating concentration (Cc.c) and intrinsic viscosities. The results show that the polarity of the solvent has some effect on the emulsification degree, the polyurethane solution with methylethylketone (MEK) or acetone (AT) as co-solvent was emulsified easilier and entirelier than ethyl acetate (EAc) as co-solvent; with pH values lowering carboxyl content increasing particle sizes increased, with particle sizes decreased; there was certain relation between shearing viscosity and intrinsic viscosities, as did between Cc.c and conductivity. At the same time, Crystallization of polyurethane anionomers' films was analyzed through Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and Wide-Angle X-ray Diffraction. The article studied Eisenberg model, Forsman model, Dreyfus model, Bonnoto Bonner, Longworth, Vaughan model and Core-shell model. A BAB-triblock copolymer was employed as macromolecular model. Minimized Gibbs free energy relates the micellar structure parameters to parameters of the triblock copolymer quantitatively. Furthermore, it could be explained theoretically that the micellar diameter and the equilibrium aggregation number both decrease with ion content.Because storage stability of PU was affected by some factors, such as molecular weight of PCL, emulsification temperature, the types ofcounter ions, polarity of solvent, carboxyl content and pH values, the other novel type polyurethane ionomers was synthesized with ionic/ nonionic hydrophilic monomer (K600). It shows that it was of better stability of pH value and high temperature, Durability to frost and electrolytes.We prepared PU-dyes nano-encapsules with ultrasonic technique. The data indicates those different solvents, water addition amount and time; solvent addition amount and the addition amount of dyes affect loading content and encapsulation efficiency. In the end, the synthesis condition and influential factors of PU-titania (TiO2) process, such as manufacturing sol (including the amount of water, the amount of PU/Titanium butyrate, the concentration of the solution, the pH value, the kind of alcohol), aging process, theoretical analysis of the dipping process, dry and heat treatment of the gelation, were also discussed especially. FT-IR,SEM,TEM,DLS techniques were applied to analyze and study the reaction mechanism and watch the surface and section of the PU-TiO2 membrane. According to above, it was inferred that PU-TiO2 membrane (containing K600) was better composite.
