The research of dissertation originates from:(1) Obvious disparity between the oil tanning theory in leather chemistry and the results of experience.(2) Distinct difference from the study about the oxidation and anti-oxidation of unsaturated natural oil and the oxidative mechanism of oxidized sulfited fatliquoring agent.In fact, it, the reaction of natural fat and oil (including its derivative and synthetic ester) and saturated paraffin in non-homogeneous phase system, was shown in this paper. As is known fat and oil and paraffin are hydrophobic fluid substances. Active group is introduced in non-homogeneous phase free radical reaction of unsaturated fat and oil with O2, saturated paraffin with C12 or S02, which will greatly change their relevant physical and chemical properties.1. The study of alkyl catalyzing sulfonyl chlorinazationAs a matter of fact, it is of most importance and practical value to study properties, structure and synthesis of alkyl sulfonyl chlorine, which is as a significant industrial chemical.It is valid to perform the free group reaction of saturated paraffinhydrocarbons with Cl2and SO2, which including the typical free radical reacting characteristics of sulfone chloridization and the powerful and special compound catalytic agent (PB). And it was studied for the compounding conditions of non-homogeneous phase system-reacting mechanism, quantification of PB, reacting temperature, effects of quality transfer process -by repeating experiments.However, it was proved that the reaction of sulfonyl chloridization would be finished less than 2. 5h with the latest process. And it is seven times than the traditional technique.Meanwhile, the related factors were analyzed, such as the components of hydrocarbon, the proportion of C12 to SO2, the structure of carbon chain, the influence of effective chlorine and combinated chlorine making to performance and color of product. Based on a large of experimental data and stoichioimetric equations, relatively straightforward stoichoimetric relationships were obtained about combinated chlorine with normal hydrocarbons, effective chlorine with active substances and saponification value. It is indispensable in the industry because of reducing analysis time and intensity.It was systematically studied about the Ts of pickled hide used to oil tanning with alkyl sulphonate (ammonium) and alkyl sulfonyl chlorine. Opposed to traditional theory, alkyl sulfonyl chlorine, sulfonyl ammine and alkyl sulphonate have no effect on Ts by the results.Alkyl sulphonate, a kind of common hydrophilic surfactant, its electrolyte salt (NH4Cl or NaCl) has negative influence on surface activation. Furthermore, valid information can' t be found about the effects of structure of alkyl sulfonyl chlorine on salt-out. Nevertheless, further research has been done. It makes salt-out clearer with new salt-out method and new auxiliaries. They were studies for the electrolyte resistance of the emulsion of alkyl sulfonyl chlorine and the consistence of natural fat and oil with alkyl sulfonyl chlorine. 2. The study of unsaturated oxidative oil and fatOil and fat, as significant regenerated raw materials in industry,is only less important than food for people.In fact, it was only focused on self-oxidation and oxidation resistance research of oil and fat before. About how to improve its quality and how to prevent it from being deteriorated, much work has been done. But on other hand, the work, about the change of molecular structure, physical and chemical prosperities and performance, is less on the deeply oxidized reaction of oil and fat. Conversely, the traditional researches on oxidative oil and fat focused mainly on the qualitative inference. Relevant oxidation theory researches of unsaturated oil and fat, particularly in leather chemistry and leather chemical materials, are behind time.
