With regard to the question how to cut the helical camber of screw-pump and spiral rod drilling tool in the field of petroleum machine and chemical machine, this paper firstly puts forward the cutting method how to apply the milling with non-instantaneous-pole envelope principle with plate milling cutter in our country. It sets up the relationship of the envelope and the method for analyzing the precision between cutter tool and workpiece in theory. It forecast the precision of cutting by using the technology of computer simulation. And by using the data of finished model workpiece, it tests the validity of the established model and program. These all meet the need in the course of practical production. In the paper, it builds two mathematic models of the envelope locus between workpiece and cutting tools, which exist hypothesis about the milling with non-instantaneous-pole envelope principle. One is about section and the other is about space. At the same time, it is also analyses the reason why they exit manufacturing error. It analyses the milling with non-instantaneous-pole envelope principle by using the parameter of tool nose, on the basis of which it establishes the limitary range.With the application of computer simulation technology, simulated tools work under the available locus designed by numerical control program. So we can fictionalize the shape of workpiece, analyze the principle of error.We can not only verify the result of theoretical analysis that is caused by error, but also prognosticate the precision of the program. Therefore, according to different reasons caused by error, we can carry out corresponding plan of error compensation in order to make the design of program more accurate.In the paper, it firstly raises principle, law and calculating methods of interpolation about Archimedes interpolation curve. In this way, it makes us more convenient to use Archimedes interpolation curve on polar coordinal numerical controlled machine tool.This paper also firstly erects the mathematic model, which concerns the relative motion among the locus of the cutting tool, the shape of the workpiece and the point of contact. Furthermore, it includes the total information of numerical program designing. The locus of numerical cutting tool, which is designed by this model, has so better precision that it can meet the need of accurate cutting under the various conditions of tools' parameters.
