With the environment pollution being serious the study on the Environmental Endocrine Disrupters become an important task of research. In this paper, to know the environment estrogenic pollution situation in Beijing, we choose 52 sample sites along the Beijing surface water system, and 37 Environmental Endocrine Disrupters in different five kinds as detected samples. Organic impurities in water was isolated by Solid-phase extraction, and then concentrated by evaporation, and the organics are separated and identified by GC, HPLC, and GC/MS. The established analytical scheme is used for the routine monitor of Beijing surface water samples, and 20 organic Environmental Endocrine Disrupters were identified, include organic chloric pesticides, phthalates, alkylphenolic compounds, and other pesticides. To assess the risk of these pollutants, the fuzzy method was used as mathematical model. 6 parameters expressing toxicities, expositions and chemical properties are used as calculation elements. The results of the prior order and the risk classification are obtained though the fuzzy calculation. The Beijing surface water's Black List of prior order and the risk classification was made. In this Black List, p, p'-DDT, r-HCH, B-HCH, Bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, Dibutyl phthalate and 8-HCH were identified as the first risk classification, so it is an urgent affair to develop more perfect assays of environmental Endocrine Disrupters, determine the harm of these chemicals to human being and restrict the use of EEDs.As one of biomarkers, DNA adducts may play an important role. In this paper, three kinds of pesticides, which were suspected environmental Endocrine Disrupters, diethofencarb, carbaryl and carbofuran are selected to test their vitro biologic activities. Using the technique of UV spectrum and fluorescent quenching respectively, the interaction between three kinds of pesticides and ct DNA was studied. The quenching process was proved to be the single static quenching and the quenching constant decreases with temperature increasing. Besides these, the red shift of fluorescent spectrum shows us the information of the intercalation of insecticide into base pairs to produce ct DNA-pesticide adducts. The UV spectrum showed that ct DNA could also result in the increasing color and red shift. All of above mean the existence of ct DNA-pesticides adducts, and it is a fact that these three kinds of pesticides has been considered one potentially mutational substances. Which tell us that the carbamate pesticides can bind to ct DNA to produce DNA adducts. All above mean that the three carbamate pesticides, by the means of DNA adducts, may result in the mutation and bring the chemical trauma to the DNA of the biologic bodies.
