Eutrophication is the hypertrophic state of aquatic ecosystem owing to lots of pollutants in-put from outer resources and nutriments released from the bottom sediments of lakes, which becomes the main aquatic environmental problem all over the world and key factors restrict human society and economy developing. So the theoretic and applied studies on the eco-restoration for water bodies of eutrophication are becoming the hot topics, and how to identify the effects of eco-restoration technique is a key tasks settled urgently, so the study on identify the effects of eco-restoration is provided with very important significance. Though the Principles for the Ecological Restoration of Aquatic Resources made by EPA of U.S.A during the recent years, which has been the criterion of evaluationg ecorestoration of aquatic ecosystem, this is only a rudder or a guide with on clear system of guidelings to ecorestoration of aquatic ecosystem. The ecorestoration of aquatic ecosystem in China just begins now, there are no a suit of principles or technic and economic guidelines meeting practical needs. The fore-and-aft differences of the physical, chemical and biological monitoring indexes during the ecorestoration of aquatic ecosystem are mostly recured to reflect the degree and effects of ecorestoration. But the formation of the distinct differences of these indexes needs a longer time, and on forming the distinct differences, the ecological aftereffects will be hell and gone sometimes. The perfect system of guidelings of ecological markers will be a effective instrucment for reflecting the degree and effects of ecorestoration. Because the biomarkers changing with time on the same place not only reflects the aquatic environment changing trend, but also fleetly and sensitively estimates whether or not need to intervene the variety of ecosystem with manual work. As many biomarkers is the exposing effect of disadvantages in long time for short period, the harmful effects can be delayed or reduced with manual measures before they happens. So the researches on biomarkers on the level of aquatic ecosystem seem to be very important to the restorations of so many eutrophical water bodies and to guidance toengineering.Identification to the process of eutrophication of water bodies and estimation the effects for eco-restoration with biomarkers are the brand-new issues up to date. The selected biomarkers in the paper are involved in chemical and physical monitoring indexes of aquatic environment, the monitoring indexes of aquatic organisms and biomarkers. The chemical and physical monitoring indexes include total nitrogen , total phosphorus , COD, the intension of illumination, the depth of water, the state of sediments of lake, temperature, and so on, which are not only the main factors of aquatic environment phytoplankton surviving, but also the main biological factors influencing the productivity of phytoplankton. The monitoring indexes of aquatic organisms are the structure and the function indexes of phytoplankton, including species, amount, dominant species of algae and the productivity of phytoplankton, and so on. The aquatic biomarkers are the enzyme indexes of phytoplankton and active molecular species produced by algae during the metabolism process. I hoped that the relationships between the phytoplankton community and the aquatic environmental quality reflected with the monitoring of these biomarkers. The results of the studies are providing the bases and examples of the mechanism of eutrophication of water bodies. And the results of the studies are providing the bases for evaluation the effects of eco-restoration of aquatic ecosystem, I hoped.The common result educed from the primary researches is that eutrophication is the process of the accumulation of N and P nutriments in water bodies and damage of the structure and function of aquatic ecosystem, and depravation of water quality due to the excess growth of algae species adapting the rich nutriments environment.
