Nanocomposite of organic polymers is a new kind of composite material, which play an important role in the whole field of nanotechnology. By now, composite materials have been a research hotspot in many fields such as chemistry, physics and materials. On one hand, the research of new composite nanomaterials has attracted considerable interests of chemists, materialists and entrepreneurs. On the other hand, composite nanomaterials also exhibit excellent properties such as changing structure of traditional macromolecule materials, increasing the applied function and finding potential characters of them. The common ground of macromolecule composite materials is: firstly, the foundational material is macromolecule compound, the dispersed phase is macromolecule or inorganic compounds. Secondly, the properties can be obviously improved by blend or copolymerization. The composition showed some excellent characters of organic, inorganic compounds and nanoparticles. It is very significant for the development of polymer composite with high capability and special function and potential application, because of their excellent properties convenient process, abundant materials and cheap price. In this thesis, resolving the aggregation and improving the surface capability of nanoparticles are studied in detail. As we all know, some traditional methods that organic and inorganic nanoparticles were added into polymer system as filling have been widely researched and applied, which can improve the capabilities of the materials. However, the disadvantage of easy aggregation and the polar difference with the organism limited its development and application. Here, the emulsion polymerization and the suspension polymerization are combined in-situ according to molecule designing principle. This method effectively resists the aggregation of nanoparticles during the process. These composite materials possess the potential application. In Chapter Two, we prepared the composites of the cross-linked polystyrene nanoparticles and polystyrene [P(St/BPADA)/PS]. The process and mechanism of emulsion and suspension in-situ polymerization are studied in detail. In the experiment, the key step is: the handling compatibility of nanoparticles and polymer, the choosing of emulsifying agent and the making curve of emulsion breaking. We prepare P(St/BPADA)/PS core-shell particles through emulsion polymerization, to solve the compatibility of nanoparticles and polymer radically. SDBS not only acted as an emulsifier in emulsion system, but also adsorbed on the HAP particles to form a composite dispersant in the suspension system, which played an important role in the transforming process from emulsion to suspension polymerization. We studied the relationship among the process of core-shell emulsion breaking, the concentration of the electrolyte concentration and the swelling process of the core-shell particles in styrene monomer. The emulsion was transformed successfully to the suspension. We devised the simulate scheme of emulsion and suspension...
