Dean Vortex of Secondary Flow is a flow phenomenon of curve pipe, whose intensifying mass transporting function had been widely and successfully applied in heat energy engineering. In the last years, studying hotspot of Secondary Flow was applied in membrane separation process, in which it could reduce and control concentration polarization and membrane fouling which limited membrane separation process development. With the helping of Nation Nature Science Fund (No.50274080),woven hollow fiber membrane separation technology intensified by Dean Vortex of Secondary Flow and turbulent promoting membrane separation technology studied successfully by this paper filled up national nothingness, which will improve prominently membrane separation performance ,reduce energy cost and possess very capacious industrialization foreground. With using hydrodynamics theory, studying double-vortex velocity distributing of Dean Vortex,annexable centrifugal pressure distributing caused by secondary flow in curve pipe, thrusting out and bringing forward optimization design theory of woven hollow fiber membrane by using Reid's narrow gap theory,gaining optimization design theory and data which could use for engineering applying. Permeation performance experiment study was carried through by using woven hollow fiber membrane made from optimization design and lined hollow fiber membrane,gaining internationally firstly that Dean Vortex of Secondary Flow will intensify pure water permeation performance of woven hollow fiber membrane,reduce prominently permeation energy consumption; Dean Vortex of Secondary Flow,which produced in woven hollow fiber membrane, will reduce prominently concentration polarization and membrane fouling of all kinds of contaminated fluid,permeation reclaiming ratio increase 5~6 times than that of lined hollow fiber membrane, energy reduce about 40%,decrease prominently attenuation speed of membrane filtration process; Bringing forward firstly optimization design theory of woven hollow fiber membrane and validating its feasibility by using experiment study on internationally; After finished in theory analysis and experiment study,gaining system operation optimization of woven hollow fiber membrane which goal function is the least infiltration energy consumption; Turbulent promoter,which used for turbulent intensifying mass transportation in inlet of membrane invented in this paper,will possess remarkable performance intensifying function for lined hollow fiber membrane,increase penetrability performance 30% that of lined hollow fiber membrane,decrease prominently attenuation speed of membrane filtration process,improve greatly infiltration reclaiming ratio and decrease energy consumption; This study possesses important theory guiding meaning and very important realism meaning,woven hollow fiber membrane separation technology intensified by Dean Vortex of Secondary Flow and turbulent promoting membrane separation technology can be applied abroad for MF/UF membrane water treatment system,membrane integration system in which MF/UF is pretreatment; It can be used for new system building as well as technology reconstruction of membrane treatment system.
