The dissertation focused on the research of Urban Heat Island effect and includedthree parts mainly:1, Analyzed the correlation between urban air temperature and its artificialinfluence factors, by collecting the air temperature data on the different urban surfacesfrom nine temperature loggers scattered in the Nankai district of Tianjin. Then, got theradius of the area in which air temperature is most correlative with single artificialfactor and the radius of the area in which the air temperature is most correlative withall artificial factors, respectively.2, According to urban energy balance principle and Monin-Obukhov's planetatmosphere boundary layer similarity theory, the dissertation built urban airtemperature calculation model, and programmed. By comparing the simulative data of4 monitoring points, including XiQing meteorological station, the second middleschool, the second Nankai middle school and the eighth middle school, with the realobservation data, the program was validated. Then, with the simulation program, fiveair temperature potential influence factors' orthogonal test analysis was conducted.Analysis of variance of results showed: evaporative efficiency of urban surface hadhighly significant influence on average air temperature of all-day, day and night;reflectivity of urban surface had highly significant influence on all-day average airtemperature, significant influence on day average air temperature, little influence onnight average air temperature;the roughness of surface's influence on air temperaturewas obvious in day time, but not in night time;heat storage factor of urban surfaceinfluence on air temperature was obvious only in night time;anthropogenic heat wasthe direct influence factor of air temperature, and the influence was significant in allperiod.3, In order to monitor heat island effect of Tianjin in long term, 7 air temperatureloggers were placed in different areas of the city. By analyzing air temperature datafrom the 1st July 2003 to the 1st July 2004 collected by these monitoring points, wegot the character of summer and winter heat island intensity of Tianjin. According tocurrent building design code in our country, office and residential buildingcomputation model was constructed. With the air temperature collection, the dynamicenergy consumption of office building model and residential building model weresimulated. Then, the impact of heat island intensity on building air-conditioningsystem, heating system and annual energy consumption was investigated, and got thefollowing conclusion: in Tianjin city area, heat island effect increased air-conditioningsystem energy consumption of office building and residential building with ratio of17.5%/℃, 10.2%/℃, respectively, and decreased heating system energy consumptionof office building and residential building with ratio of 6.22%/℃, 4.31%/℃,respectively. In regard to annual energy consumption of building, the impact of heatisland on different type building is different. Heat island increased annual energyconsumption of office building, but it has an inconspicuous trend to decrease annualenergy consumption of residential building.
