Hazardous microorganisms in the ambient air are prone to be adsorbed on the surface of solid material, and propagate quickly in the crowd to cause the cross infection, especially by public facilities. It is necessary to reduce the microorganism pollution for the human beings'health. The normal disinfectors work only for a short peroid and can easily make the object surface polluted, but antibacterial materials can avoid the pollution and the sterilization effect lasts long. With the development of science and technology, the antibacterial materials are developing as a new part of material science and a new industry.Quaternary antibacterial salts are wildly used, because they are cheap and can disinfect quickly and exhaustively. But like other hydrone organic antibacterial agents, quaternary antibacterials can lose efficacy easily, and only last for a short period and pollute the environment.Konjac glucomannan, which is a kind of natural vegetable polysaccharide and has good performance on thickening, gelation, film forming and degradation, is wildly used in the industry, especially in the medicine and food package.Chitosan is the second largest biopolysaccharides and the only alkali polysaccharide in the nature. It has good performance on biocompatibility, biodegradation , antibacterial activity, antisepsis, hematischesis and wound heals. As a kind of extremely important superfine inorganic material, Nano-fumed silica...
