Researches On Wheat Straw Panel

The development of wheat straw panel is one strong measure to protect environment and search the substitute of wood. Therefore, with ESR, DSC etc. modern method of analysis, combining special knowledge and correlative knowledge, the author has researched nine contents tied up wheat straw panel, i.e. the surface wettability of wheat straw, the free - radical for wheat straw, the character of hot - reaction between wheat straw, adhesive and plastic, biodisposal of wheat straw, the technology and property for the homogeneous particleboard of wheat straw, the model of thickness change by absorbing water for wheat straw particleboard, the technology and property for the composite board of wheat straw particle sandwiched between wood fiber, the technology and property for composite board of wheat straw, the production and application of wheat straw panel.Through the above research the author has opened out the free energy from the surface of wheat straw, the surface wettability of the wheat straw in different part, the change for free - radical of wheat straw after influence from exterior, the character of hot - reaction between wheat straw, adhesive in common use and plastic, provided the foundation of analysis for choosing adhesive in reason and altering the property of adhesive, and offered theoretical basis for setting down the technology of wheat straw panel with reason. By test the affected result was analyzed after dealing with wheat straw by enzyme, the better technology was made for the homogeneous particleboard of wheat straw, for the composite board of wheat straw particle sandwiched between wood fiber and the composite board of wheat straw. The model of thickness change by absorbing water was obtained for wheat straw particleboard. The project was provided for production of wheat straw panel. The wheat straw panel was made for the furniture, packing mat and wall etc. material in success.The main conclusion of the research is as follow:The surface free energy is lower than wood. There is difference in the surface wettability for each part of wheat straw. The free - radial of wheat straw increases aftershiver and dry. The reacting status between wheat straw, adhesive and plastic can be known through the analysis of hot reaction. The property of wheat straw particleboard bonded UF is increased after the wheat straw is disposed by enzyme. It is possible to make many kinds of wheat straw panel with the wheat straw as main material. The model of thickness change by absorbing water for wheat straw particleboard can reflect its stability in size in certain degree. After the product line is reformed properly wheat straw panel can be made completely.
