This paper which takes 6061 aluminium alloy as an example deeply studies its constitutive relation at high temperature, flow characteristic and distribution law of its micro-structure in the crossing wedge rolling deformation. Aluminium alloy substituting on steel is new problem in the lightweighting of automobile. The research on above problem will provide basic date and new technological design way to make aluminimu alloy forgings to use on the vehicle, especially on automobile. At the same time, it will stimulate to increasing utilization ratio of raw material, reducing production cost and developing combined deformation process.With the base on the theoretical analysis, constitutive relation of 6061aluminim deformation at high temperature and its material constant are confirmed by retrogressive method after 6061 aluminium alloy test sample were compressed on the Gleeble mechine and the date was analysised. The result provides theoretical base for numerical simulation of 6061 aluminium alloy in the process cross wedge rolling deformation of three dimensions.Using Deform-3D software and the above constitutive relation, distribution law of temperature field of 6061 aluminium alloy in deformation is numerically simulated by thermo-force coupling and it is analysed that technological parameters and deformation parameters influence on temperature distribution, then feasible forge initial temperature is acquired. This is a reference to ensuring forge initial temperature of other aluminium alloy.With the basis on numerical simulation, it is deeply researched on distribution law of stress and strain field and flow feature of 6061 aluminium alloy ,then distribution law of strain in the deformation is deeply analysised.
