| With typical Organicphosphorus pesticides (OPPs) as the objects of research, and Laizhou Bay and Jiaozhou Bay as the main study areas, results from a detailed study on the contents and distribution of OPPs in seawater samples collected from the study areas are discussed in this paper. Modern instrumental analytical techniques have been utilized, and rapid but sensitive analytical methods have been developed for the quantitative determination of trace OPPs in seawater and offshore sediment. A study of the environmental behavior of OPPs in seawater has been carried out in a laboratory simulated system. The ultimate objective of the study is aimed at the final application of the research findings in real environmental pollution control practices or environmental risk assessment for OPPs. An inter-disciplinary study across Analytical Chemistry, Environment Chemistry, and Pollute Ecology has been carried out, with an expectation of contributing new scientific information in the general area of marine environmental research. This thesis consists of six chapters as follows:In Chapter One, a brief introduction is given covering subjects concerning the basic concepts, theories and current advances, both from home and abroad, on the adsorption, hydrolysis, photodecomposition, and biodegradation of OPPs and their interactions with alga.In Chapter Two, based on a comprehensive review of the status of environmental analytical chemistry of OPPs, the development of the two new approaches to the determination of trace OPPs in seawater and sediment is... |
