Most of materials are not stable on the surface. Therefore, if there is a nanostructural film on the surface of the materials, the whole performance of the materials can be changed by the improvement of the surface. The systhesis of the nanostructure of material surface is different from others. The nano-structural surface can be obtained by the general or improved surface processing technology. The structure of material changes with the increase of the depth from the surface. And the film of the surface can't separate from the substrate. Therefore, this kind of materials has great potential of application.Recently, the systhesis of the nanostructure of material surface has been paid great attention by the scientists in many fileds. The systhesis of the nanostructure of material surface provides a feasible approach for the combination of the nano-technology and the general metal materials. The materials with special structure and good performance have a huge application potential. At present, the research of the systhesis of the nanostructure of material surface is still in the beginning stage. Some problems need to be solved to apply this new technology as followed:â‘ The influence of processing technology, parameters and the structure, performance of materials.â‘¡The microcosmic mechanism and the formation dynamics.â‘¢The relationship of the structure and the performance of nano-structural surface of materials.â‘£The thermal stability and chemical performance of the nano-structural bsurface of materials.The surface nano-structure of materials can increase the anticorrosion, abrasion performance and the strength and rigidity of materials.
