This paper takes research on scale inhibitors, cleaning agents and bactericide used for reverse osmosis membrane in sewage disposal system with membrane process, the agents that are applied to the system have been developed. And the agents used for reverse osmosis membrane are researched by reverse osmosis equipment assembled in laboratory and reverse osmosis device on site, so that some rules are found out. The research includes the following aspects.Firstly, taking acrylic acid as monomer, Polyacrylic acid with low molecular weight is synthesized by the method of solution polymerization through homopolymerization; taking hypo-phosphorous acid, acrylic acid, 2- acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid (AMPS) as materials, phosphono carboxylic acid copolymer (POCA) with sulfonic acid group is synthesized, the polymerization rule of which is also researched. Taking Polyacrylic acid with low molecular weight and phosphono carboxylic acid copolymer (POCA) with sulfonic acid group, which are synthesized, to be compounded with water treating agents such as HEDP, ATMP etc., TSM-1 and TSM-2 reverse osmosis scale inhibitors are developed. The performance of TSM-1 and TSM-2 scale inhibitors to inhibit scale in static state, such as CaCO3, CaSO4, BaSO4, SrSO4, and dispersion ferric oxide are researched, and compared with PTP-0100, PTP-2000 manufactured by U. S. King Lee Corp., and Trispe 1000 reverse osmosis scale inhibitors manufactured by Polymer Tech. Co., Ltd. in performance. It indicates by experiment that TSM-1 and TSM-2 has come up to or exceeded the level of overseas similar products in performance.Secondly, developing TSM-3 acidic cleaner and TSM-4 alkaline cleaning agents, and using TSM-3 and TSM-4, reverse osmosis membrane during the period of project is taken regular on-line cleaning and off-line cleaning, and its cleaning technology is researched and probed. It indicates by experiment that, the cleaning effect is good, and performance of the cleaning agents have come up to or exceeded that of overseas similar agents' level.Thirdly, develop TSM-5 compound bactericide agent, this kind of bactericide can make various kinds of agents produce synergistic effect by compounded organobromine and organic solvent with isothiazolinone, improve sterilizing effect as well as penetrating and stripping effects on biological slime. The bactericide after being compounded can penetrate through biological slime membrane attached to the surfaceof equipment, pipeline and water tank, inhibit and exterminate microorganism under mucous membrane. TSM-5 bactericide belongs to non-oxidation-type bactericide, has characteristics of broad spectrum, high efficiency, low mammalian toxicity and safety for environment, being a perfect reverse osmosis bactericide, which has exceeded overseas similar agents' level in performance.Finally, taking maleic anhydride as materials, water and alkali are used to hydrolyze and form maleic acid, which is used to make epoxidation reaction with catalyst again, to form poly epoxy succinic acid (PESA). Molecular formula of PESA is a non-nitrogen non-phosphate chelating structure, and breakthrough progress is made in performance of inhibiting scale and biodegradability. To inhibit scale of calcium carbonate and scale of calcium sulfate is appraised with an appraising device of reverse osmosis membrane in laboratory, and the inhibition of calcium carbonate scale and calcium sulfate scale is compared and researched with polyacrylic acid used for reverse osmosis membrane as special-purpose scale inhibitors in foreign countries. It indicates by experiment that, PESA is superior to overseas sample of polyacrylic acid for effect on inhibiting CaCO3, is a little poor than overseas sample of polyacrylic acid for effect on inhibiting CaSO4.
