In this article, the coal's and blending coal's slurrying property, the coal quality to coal's slurrying property, three methods of improving the Wu sha Shan Plant Shenhua coal's slurrying property, three prediction model for coal's slurrying concentration, the impact of ultra-clean micronized coal water slurry's particle fractal dimension on its combustion characteristic, the CWS' transportation resistance reducing and CWS' preparation by ultrasonic wave , the pilot-scale CWS preparation system's operating and the CWS combusting in the horizontal type burner are researched.On similar condition of additive, particle composition and temperature, the coal's Mad, Aad, O and HGI are contribute to coal's slurrying property, but their relationship is complicated. The blending coal containing Huainan B coal and Shenhuo coal, has good slurrying property. all the CWS preparing by single coal and blending coal has good stability.In three method of improving the Wu sha Shan Plant Shenhua coal's slurrying property, pyrolyzing pre-treated method gets the worst result, pre-heated by microwave get 4% concentration improving from the original coal's slurrying concentration, the coal blending method get about 9% concentration improving from the original coal's slurrying concentration.In the results of linear regression models, nonlinear regression models and neural network models, the neural network model with five input neurons is the model with the lowest mean error, the error is 0.57%.The ultra-clean micronized coal powder's specific area and fractal dimension increase while the coal particle size decreases. The Ultra-clean micronized coal water slurry's apparent viscosity increases while its fractal dimension increases. The Ultra-clean micronized coal water slurry's ignition temperature and apparent activation energy decreases while its fractal dimension increases.In the CWS' transportation resistance reducing by ultrasonic wave, bad resistance reducing results are gotten at three condition,the CWS' flow is higher, the power of ultrasonic wave is higher and the CWS' apparent viscosity is higher. Using the ultrasonic wave preparing CWS, the longer irradiation time, the higher apparent viscosity and better stability. After irradiation, the CWS particle size is finer than the original CWS'.The CWS prepared by pilot-scale CWS preparation system qualifies to transportation and combustion. The horizontal type burner is suitable to CWS' combustion after modification.
