This research proposed the form of different opposite folded compound anaerobic baffled reactor. Through changing reactor structure changed the hydraulic characteristics of reactor, and through dynamics control method realized the good hydraulic condition in the system .It improved mass transfer condition between the microorganism and the matrix in the reactor and avoided acidify accumulate; This experimental reactor also simultaneously has the vertical direction, the horizontal direction dual multi-biofacies characteristics. It guaranteed to speed the high purification potency under the high mass transfer , and eliminated the low concentration pollutant highly effective. The test result indicated that:(1)The anaerobic reactor was designed different opposite folded compound anaerobic baffled reactor. It can enhance the reaction system's mass transfer efficiency and the biochemistry reaction rate obviously . The test result indicated that when enters water COD≤1000mg/L, under 30℃±2℃, reactor's best HRT is 6h. This time corresponds COD average elimination rate is 85.58%.(2)Through the improvement reactor structure, the reactor is designed different equal-space .This experiment reactor is designed 4 room, the ratio of every room is 2:1:4:4.The 1st room mainly eliminated suspend substance in the wastewater;the 2nd room is acidify section; the 3rd and 4th room is methane section; the 4th room has the role of settle tank. The acidify section HRT of the reactor was be short enough to avoid acidify accumulate; In the reactor the methane section sludge resident time (SRT) is long enough to urge VFA the transformation, thus forms the methane fungus for the superiority fungus environmental condition.(3) This research uses compared to dehydrogenation enzyme activity this target reflects the acidified sludge activeness. Acidifies the sludge through the determination along length space to compare the dehydrogenation enzyme activity, may reflect in the movement process to acidify the fungus along length space activeness. We know from the tentative data, in the movement process, is not bigger than along length space INT- the dehydrogenation enzyme activity change. 30℃±2℃under the condition, its value is in 310~330μgINTF?mg.h. This topic-based group in former slightly tries in the experimental study achievement to prove, and 30℃±2℃under low concentration condition, when INT- is in 54~260μgINTF?mg.h compared to the dehydrogenation enzyme activity, its organic elimination rate already is highly effective. Therefore, INT- is bigger than 310μg experimental test result the dehydrogenation enzyme activity to mean that in the different wave table-flap compound expression hydrolisis acidification reactor microorganism activeness is higher than, its organic elimination rate is more highly effective. (4)HRT is obvious to the different wave table-flap reactor and the plane table-flap reactor's water power fluid state's influence, when HRT is 12h, 10h, 8h, 6h, the different wave table-flap reactor's N value respectively is 6. 8, 5.5, 4.3, 3.8,1/Pe respectively is 0.073, 0092, 0.116, 0.130; The plane table-flap reactor's N value respectively is 4.0, 3.4, 2.8, 2.2,1/Pe respectively is 0.124, 0.145, 0.178, 0.219. Along with the HRT reduction, two reactor's N values gradually reduce, the 1/Pe number increases gradually, indicated that along with the HRT reduction, in the reactor returned to the phenomenon which mixed to strengthen, the different wave table-flap reactor's closer theory water power resident time, corresponded the N night-watch to be big, reactor fluid state for drift type.(5)When different wave table-flap reactor HRT=6h, 8h, 10h and 12h, the dead area percentage respectively is 11.4%, 14.3%, 16.3%, 18.5%; The plane table-flap reactor dead area percentage respectively is 13.5%, 19.6%, 21.6%, 23.0%. HRT is when 12h and 10h the stagnant water area volume fraction is very big, but along with HRT reduction, stagnant water area volume fraction obvious drop. Under the same HRT condition the different wave table-flap reactor's dead area percentage is smaller than the plane table-flap reactor, explained that the different wave table-flap reactor volume use factor is higher than the plane table-flap reactor.This research main innovation :(1) Through the change baffle reactor structure, according to the different anaerobic microorganism population's physiological characteristic, the baffle reactor was be designed different equal-space's pattern to research and develop the full use microorganism respective characteristic two anaerobic integrated processing craft.(2) For the first time, We has studied different wave anaerobic baffle hydraulics questions and so on reactor's hydraulic characteristic, volume use factor through the tracer material, and carries on the contrast with the plate anaerobic reactor, constructs the different wave anaerobic reactor flow model; Has carried on the theoretical analysis to the different wave anaerobic baffle reactor's highly effective mass transfer mechanism.
