Although nanomaterials'appearance only spent 20 years to now , preparation and Applied technology of nanomaterials develops rapidly. Development and application of One-dimensional (1D) nanostructural materials is the most forefront research fields in nano science and technology, and research of macromolecule nanofiber is a important direction. Using of nanofiber's preparation, characterization and application technology in interdisciplinary has formed the situation which in the nanometer life science, nanometer intelligent materials and nanometer functional materials interpenetrating and intersecting. As a new material, nanofiber film will be applicated broadly in the future. Then test and research on basic performance of nanofiber film has become the most urgent question.The author prepared Ag/PAN compound nanofiber using self-assembly technique, got the 1D nanostructural compound of nano-functional polymer and inorganic, test and analysis its antibacterial performance. The author also prepared PAN nanofiber using electrospinning technique, test and analysis its mechanical performance, permeability performance and change color for water.This article mainly includes following four aspects of content: First, research on antibacterial performance of Ag/PAN nanofiber film.Prepare Ag/PAN compound nanofiber using reation in-situ and electrospinning technique. Prepare PAN nanofiber loading different diameter silver nanoparticles by controlling the aratio of Ag and PAN monomer.test the antibacterial performance of different size Ag nanoparticles and Ag+ using L-B and MIC. Then concluded that: 1. Antibacterial performance of Ag nanoparticles relate to its size. 2.In different size of 10nm,5nm,3.5nm Ag particles, particles of 5 nm in diameter its antibacterial efficiency is highest. 3. Antibacterial performance of 10nm,5nm,3.5nm Ag particles and Ag+ are in identical level, and antibacterial ability of 5 nm particles is more powerful.Second, research on mechanical performance of PAN nanofiber film. Prepare PAN nanofiber film using electrospinning technique. Test the film's mechanical performance in dissimilar conditions of different temperature, different stretch velocity and before aging, from the stress-strain curve we should know:1.At low temperature, the material obviously appear rigidity deformation and become hard and brittle. At normal temperature, the material obviously appear characteristic of thermoplastic material and become hard and tough. When the temperature increase to vitrification transition temperature 85℃, the material obviously appear viscoelasticity that it become soft and tough.2.Mechanical performance of aged material changed obviously compares to material before aging: modulus of elasticity reduced, yield strength increased, yield strain decreased, breaking strain decreased, fracture stress increased. From the above we can see:A. Nanofiber film aged in elastic deformation stage appear more excellent mechanical performance.B. yong's of materials around aging changed greatly that yong's of aged materials is relatively lower. This phenomenon showed that the nanometer macromolecule fiber will present characteristic different from conventional material.3. The experiment proved that mechanical performance of PAN nanofiber film conform with time-temperature equivalence principle.Third, research on permeability performance of PAN nanofiber film. As a special film, nanofiber is instinct with relatively loose and uniform nanometer apertures and micrometer apertures, this causes nanofiber to become a kind of effective filter film. Test the breathes and water and filter bacteria ability of materials around aging, we can infer:1. Quantity of gas permeat through PAN nanofiber film before aging is less, in contrast it rise up rapidly after the film aged by hot air.2. The water of PAN nanofiber film around aging are equivalent in different pressures, around film agingits water performance did not change .3. PAN nanofiber film can filter 99.9% staphylococcus in average diameter of 0.8μm. It is a kind of efficient filter-bacteria film.Fourth, research on change color for water of PAN nanofiber. chromatology nature of nanofiber is a important domain that is worth anticipating and researching. We may draw following several conclusions according to the test on discoloring performance of nanofiber:1. we can change the color of nanofiber by changing diameter of fiber.2. Nanofiber film will discolor by water soak and conventional fiber film will not.3. The dye thickness higher, the chromatic aberration of nanofiber film around water soak bigger. The above conclusions are the preliminary exploration in chromatology rule of nanofiber.In short, through above research we get a quite comprehensive understanding to the antibacterial performance of Ag/PAN nanofiber film, this is a beneficial attempt to The use of nanofibers as an effective vector. By research on the mechanical performance, permeability performance and change color for water, this article provides the foundation data for application of nanofibers film in future.
