Titanium substrate metal oxide electrode materials, which include high overpotential of oxygen evolution Ti/SnO2-Sb2O5/PbO2 anode and low overpotential of oxygen evolution RuO2-TiO2-SnO2/Ti anode, with the high electrocatalytic activity and selectivity. Anode Ti/SnO2-Sb2O5/PbO2 is used to degrade organic pollutants, RuO2-TiO2-SnO2/Ti anode generally is used as anodic chlorine evolution electrode materials. Therefore, the two electrodes has the latent application prospect for the electrochemistry wastewater treatment.In this paper, we studied the electrochemical oxidative degradation performance of phenol ,nitroenzene,and aniline model organic pollutants on high overpotential of oxygen evolution Ti/SnO2-Sb2O5/PbO2 anode and low overpotential of oxygen evolution RuO2-TiO2SnO2/Ti anode by using high-performance liquid chromatography, UV-vis, Raman spectroscopy and electrochemical analysis methods, and also studed the mechanism of electrochemical oxidative degradation model organice pollutants.The results showed the electrochemical degradation ability of high overpotential of oxygen evolution Ti/SnO2-Sb2O5/PbO2 anode was higher than that of low overpotential of oxygen evolution RuO2-TiO2-SnO2/Ti anode. Electrochemical oxidation degradation of organic is usually useed the hydroxyl radical which generated through the anode.Tiitanium is one of commonly biomedical metal materials because of its good biocompatibility. However, as the ordinary titanium biological inert, it can not form a chemical combination of bone, it need surface modification to make activity coating in the titanium surface, and the titanium implants have biological activity, induced the formation of bone tissue.Rough titanium surface made by sandpaper, titanium substrate titanium dioxide composite materials was modified in 400℃,and then immersed into SBF solution for 7 days, the samples was characterizatied by SEM, XRD ,and determined the biological activity through hydroxyapatite generation. The study showed that heat treatment, special design can improve the biological activity of titanium dioxide of titanium substrate composite material.The titanium which use 1000 # sand paper roughness has the best biological activity.Through EDS, SEM, XRD,and XPS , obtains biological activity influencing factor of the titanium substrate metal oxide compound materials.Through surface sandpaper roughness ,doped SiO2 particles, 400℃heat treatment preparation of titanium dioxide / silica composite material, immersed into the SBF solution for 7 days, characterizatied the samples by using SEM, the result showed titanium doped silica material have biological activity, high concentrations of silica particles have high biological activity than the low concentration of silica particles.Through surface sandpaper roughness,400℃heat treatment,light radiation and dark of radiation experiments in SBF solution for 7 days, SEM results showed that the effect of light radiation was well,the more catalytic activity TiO2 particles of titanium dioxide composite material, the better biological activity.
