With the produce requirement of the intensive composite floor,the requirement of diamond woodworking cutter rose.In general,the diamond woodworking cutter can be grinded repeatedly about six to eight times,but the repetitive grinding is very difficult because of the limitation of equipment and technology.So how to make sure the grinding quality and efficiency of diamond woodworking cutter and improve the longevity of service of diamond woodworking cutter is the key of diamond woodworking cutter's use widely in the wood machining field.With the development of the microelectrical discharge machining technology,the repetitive grinding technology is also developed.Diamond woodworking cutter grinding with electrical discharge technology is the important field of electrical discharge micro-machining. The optimal control of the machining technology and process is the important symbol and the pivotal technology of the development of electrical discharge micro-machining. The trait of electrical discharge grinding technology is super subtle' and high precision,which was paid more attention by the industry and academe.The trend of the electrical discharge machining technology is high efficiency,high precision and high stability.So,this thesis's research emphases are the influencing factors,optimization methods and technology model of the technology parameters of PCD woodworking cutter electrical diacharge grinding.Basing on researching the methods of diamond woodworking cutter grinding,this thesis brought forward the grey theory to be applied to research the technology parameters of electrical discharge grinding of diamond woodworking cutter.Through the experiment research, this thesis groped for the influencing degree and correlative factors which affected the technology targe of electrical discharge grinding of diamond woodworking cutter.This thesis researched the optimization methods of technology parameters of electrical discharge grinding of diamond woodworking cutter under the multi-restriction factors,and founded the forecasting model of electrical discharge grinding of diamond woodworking cutter.This thesis choose peak value voltage,peak value electricity,pulse width,pulse interval and feed speed as the technology parameters which affect the technology targe,and also choose corrosion quantity and surface roughness as technology targe.The Orthogonal experiment provided the important data support for researching the multi-aim technology parameters, analyzed the experimental result,and got the technology parameters's influence rule on the technology targe.Combining with the grey correlation analysis method,this thesis researched thetechnology parameters's influence on the technology targe,and got the preponderant influencing factors of technology targe of electrical discharge grinding of diamond woodworking cutter.Applying to the grey decision-making theory,this thesis analyzed the orthogonal design experimental project and got the optimal parameter combination.According to the experimental result,the parameter optimization methods based on the grey decision-making can improve the grinding precision and efficiency of electrical discharge machining.Basing on the multi-parametric grey forecasting model,this thesis took the Orthogonal design experimental result of electrical discharge grinding's technology parameters of diamond woodworking cutter as the data swatch,and founded the forecasting model of electrical discharge grinding of diamond woodworking cutter.This model is a reformative model on the multi-linearity regression model.This thesis took the technology parameters of electrical discharge grinding as the input,and took corrosion quantity and surface roughness as output, and combined with the experimental result and tested the electrical discharge grinding forecasting model of diamond woodworking cutter.The experimental result indicated that the forecasting model can forecast primely electrical discharge grinding result,at the same time, provided important theory basis for controlling the electrical discharge grinding process of diamond woodworking cutter.This thesis will help the grey system to be applied synthetically in more fields,at the same time,provided the theory gist for designing the grinding machine and choosing the technology parameters of the diamond woodworking cutter.
