Rock burst is one of the coal mine disaster that restrict the high efficiency production. The mechanism of rock burst is closely related with the mining process. By use of laboratory tests, numerical simulation by DYNA-2D and FLAC3D, theoretical analysis and combined with the engineering practice, the relationship between stress distribution and rock burst during gateroad driving, the process of solid-liquid coupling blasting and conventional blasting and destressed of stress concentration was studied. The broken model based on initial fissure was established and the viewpoint which exist non-uniform thin-wall stress area 0-3m in front of excavation was put forward. The different load on hole of solid-liquid coupling blasting and conventional blasting make different crack weakening area by laboratory test. The basic characteristics of stress variation of solid-liquid coupling blasting and conventional blasting were simulated by DYNA-2D. The stress field in surrounding rock and stress concentration area variation rules under different blasting methods was simulared by use of FLAC3D. The seal device of solid-liquid coupling blasting and water injection technology was developed. The rock burst forecast system of gateroad driving was developed and it can monitor the rock burst in real-time. The results was used to prevent the rock burst in No.12 coal mine of PingMei Group and the better social and economic benefits restrict was achieved.
