This paper analyses the characteristic of pedestrian flow which is similar to the phenomenon of gas and liquid flow. Pedestrian evacuation theory models based on hydrokinetics and crowd disturbance are established. We observed the state of pedestrian flow for public assembly place exit. The basic parameter data of evacuation simulation obtained from the experiment. A compared result of evacuation experiment of special scene and evacuation simulation revised model parameters. Revised model simulated pedestrian evacuation of different widths, turning angles and passage cross methods. Simulation results analysed the effect of evacuation time in the different widths, turning angles and passage cross methods. Demonstration application of evacuation model was carried out in typical public assembly place (such as subway and exhibition). Research results of this paper provide scientific basis for exit design, risk analysis and emergency management.
