According to the intergrating time of large-scale wind power in Inner Mongolia power grid, this paper studied the main problems facing: the impact of randomness and volatility of wind power on grid adjustment and peak regulation; The difficulty in wind power forecasting and accurate predication of medium-long term leaded to the difficulty in arrangement of power grid operation; The transfer of wind power need to solve the control of voltage and stability, because wind power was intergrated at the end power grid; How to control effectively and manage wind power for dispatching department, all these problems must be solved by new energy development of China. By analysis and research, this paper discovered agglomeration effect of large-scale wind power and power characteristic of wind power group, concluded the prediction system of wind power and its application; Analyzing reactive power characteristic and manifestations of wind power collecting station, this paper revealed the three-level voltage control method, achieved effective control of reactive power; Analyzing stability characteristic of large-scale wind power, this paper found the characteristic of wind power intergration on the impact of voltage stability and the problem of thermal power plant's rotor-angle instability, revealed the initial solution; This paper also found the shortcomings of wind turbine model, proposed the strategy for modifying the wind turbine control system and the method for improving adaption of wind turbine.Using the above analysis, this paper has established control system for wind power intergrating, completed AGC control for wind power plants, achieved automatical control of active power and feasibility of participating in power grid regulation; Establishing three-level AVC control system based on wind farm-collecting station-power grid, this paper has solved voltage problems caused by intergrating of wind power group; This paper proposed a dispatching model for wind power intergrating, made effective suggestions for intergrating of different capacity wind power and management of power grid; This paper concluded the operation of wind power must establish an effective model for risk assessment; By designing solutions for dispatching end, the impact on power grid caused by volatility and randomness of wind power was avoided; This paper also proposed the questions and directions for future research.In view of the intergrating fact of large-scale wind power in Inner Mongolia power grid, this paper proposed a whole series of solutions for dispatching department, and this program has been implemented and achieved results. According to the latest data, the daily maximum accepted capacity of wind power in Inner Mongolia power grid has been close to 60 million kWh, accounting for 15% of the whole grid's power generation, which approached the international advanced level and proved further the feasibility of this program.
