How to use reburning technology to reduce NOX release in boilers is studied in great detail in this article.In pulverized coal reburning experimental studies, simulation is made on the high temperature reburining zone in boiler. Results show different kinds of coal, air excessive coefficient and temperature all have great impact on NO deoxidized efficiency. How factors affecting NO deoxidized efficiency under gas environment are discussed here and the importance of char reburning to deoxidize NO in the whole coal is expatiated.Biomass fuel is used as reburning fuel to deoxidize NO is first experimental studied in this article. Conclusions can be drawn from the experimental results that under certainconditions , NOX deoxidized efficiency can achieve 50%-70%. Compared with coal,biomass volatilization and combustion time is short, so boiler combustion efficiency can be guaranteed. Chemistry dynamics calculation is made on biomass volatilization deoxidizing NO. Experimental results accordant with calculation well. The simulation model is reasonable.A reconstructive technique project of using tertiary air coal to reduce NO release is put forward. The basic experiments show this design is viable.During pulverized coal reburning technology. The key problem is how to collect adequate fine coal. In chapter 5 experiments is made on pulverized coal classifier (PCC) with air absorbed from the bottom of it and hope to find a simple and high efficiency method to collect coal. The results show the useful method is to control certain absorbing air quantity and positions. Simulation is made on PCC to study the flow field and grain track.Simulation is made on 200MW boiler with reburning technology applied. NO creating in boiler and NO deoxidizing efficiency are discussed. All can be used as reference for engineering projects.
