Large span bridges are very important to nation's economy; the enormous investment and significance in national economy make them get more and more recognition. Now, the bridge health monitoring system's research is in the phase of academic and test research. Specially to the data analysis part, no mature detecting damage method has been gotten, full auto data analysis system still need carry on model research and testing. This article is based on the theory and technique of domestic and foreign bridge's monitoring and evaluation, according to the cable-stayed bridge's property and development's need, creating the Wenhui bridge's health monitoring and assessment management system.In response to the principle of practicability and reliability, the monitor items of large span cable-stayed bridge structure health monitoring system are determined, including the layout of sensors, collection and analysis of the data, data detected storage and management, etcAccording to the Wenhui bridge 's actual dimension, individual using virtual lamination element and ANSYS program to create the dynamic emulation spatial model. This model can exactly describe cable-stayed bridge dynamic property. The virtual lamination element used in dynamic analysis can exactly emulate the distribution of structure's mass and stiffness. When the elements are roughly meshed, the cable-stayed bridge structure dynamic analysis has enough accuracy. Furthermore, using numerical simulation of some damage cases and give the feasible damage index. The chapter 5 focuses on discussing the research of sensors optimization stationing of bridge modal testing.On the base of state-of-the-art, combined with the latest bridge assessment researches, a method that uses point system in bridge condition assessment is presented with AHP theory and Variable weight synthesizing method.The author strongly believes that the theoretical fruits produced in this research will certainly promote the further application of such kind of structural health monitoring and assessment management system.
