The statistic data of modern war show the importance of the cruise missile has been attached more and more attention. The most effective method to improve the execution is to ameliorate the guidance precision of the cruise missile. The guidance process has two phases: midcourse guidance and terminal guidance. Under this background, the main content studied in the dissertation is a composite of the integrated navigation, the IR imaging terminal guidance and the related key technologies. The important contributions and creative achievements are summarized as follows.1. Aiming at the restrict use of the GPS, the positioning principle and algorithm of the geostationary satellite positioning systems of china has been analyzed. To improve the positioning precision, several data process methods are presented.2. Based on discussing several algorithms of terrain-matching, a new definition of height-entropy is presented. Then a new approach is designed which is based on the measurement of height-entropy to carry out terrain-matching function. Simulationresults display that the approach can be quite accurate and effective when applied in the terrain-matching simulation of the cruise missile.3. It is a powerful way to improve the cost performance ratio by integrating several kinds of navigation systems. The SINS/CASP/TANS integrated guidance system has been researched, including constructing models of subsystems and integrated system, designing the federated filter, analysising the fusion scheme with the inconsistent subsystems. Also a simple algorithm for the federated Kalman filter is presented.4. IR image processing plays the key role in the IR imaging guidance. To the question of the low computational efficiency, low computational speed, low stability and unsatisfactory calculation result of the traditional method to get the optimal thresholds, a new multi-dimension thresholding method based on DGA (Dissipative Genetic Algorithm) that has higher capability and speed of optimization isdeveloped. The method can improve the computational stability and accelerate the calculation speed to some degree.5 , Studying target recognition in the complex scene is in the ascendant and a lot of researching findings have been coming forth continualy in recent years. Based on the analysis to the particularity of the cruise missile attacking, a complete recognition method based on the knowledge is developed. A new fractal-based infrared image feature extraction method is presented and the detailed theoretic analysis and implement procedure of this algorithm is submitted and tested in some experiments. With the limitation of the line detection based on traditional Hough transform that the information of the length and the end points of the line is unavailable, a new algorithm which makes use of the accessional strategy based on precognition information is put forward to meet the demand for more information of the line, simulation results show this method is effective. Finally, the whole process of airport target recognition is presented and the result images are also given.
